Very disappointed with my food purchase. Two sourdough jack burgers for 8 dollars. The picture on the coupon looked great. When we opened the box the hamburger was basically non existent.....I have not had a burger there for a long time. And after today I will never eat there again....what has happened to American pride.
I get the usual ultimate cheeseburger burger as every other jack in the box. By far they have the driest patties. I understand it's fast food but you'll get a juicier party at any other jack in the box.
Ordered 1 item. Just ONE simple item. HOT coffee with cream & sugar. Left the drive thru and coffee wasn't even luke warm. Took a 1 mile detour to get thru here for coffee! Seriously, is it such a difficult ask? So now, we drive 40 miles without coffee!
I ask for fresh fry and they where cold and old all around bad experience every time at this jack n the box ?
Bacon ultimate cheeseburger????!! Looks like something from 7/11. Haven't eaten at jack in the box in a while and never will again

Hi there,Coming from a business worker its not wise to cut off any customers especially when we are trying to be nice and figure out why our order is missing multiple items. Our friends got yelled at by two people and interrupted every time we tried to tell them what in our order was missing. Just simply listen don’t question and address. Once you hear everything out then go solve the issue. Waited 40 minutes for a disgustingly incomplete order. If i could give a 0/5 starts gladly will.
Very easy to order using the app. Hardly any Wait time.
