I went this weekend and had a bad experience. They messed up on my order and I politely asked to remake it. The burger they remade just did not taste like how it normally does. Meat was dry and the burger was sloppy. The attitude from the employees they gave me ruined my enjoyment of the burger. The worker shouldn’t be laughing at the customer. Makes me feel uncomfortable and not want to come back as much. All the other locations are friendly and I never had any issues before this.
I love in n out but this location really needs to work on their fries. Most of the time my fries are soggy and cold.
Going to In N Out assures you that you are getting exactly what you expected. Good food and great service. And oh yes the fries are the best.
It's been a minute since I had in-n-out. Glad I went. One of the few places on earth that makes well done fries when you order them.
You'll never find a better burger. The freshest ingredients cooked when you order it. Try and find that with any chain restaurant.They actually have the gold standard for employees as well. Dressed well, clean and friendly. You won't find that at any other fast food joint either. Why go anywhere else?
Quality has gone down. Burger topping requests are never followed correctly anymore. Disappointed that this happens 90% of the time now.
Upon arrival the line was not short however it was moving steadily. My order was ready upon arrival at the 2nd window. Everything was done right making the burgers that much better.
I had a double single, no onions or spread and french fries, it was delicious, cooked perfectly. I had it to go but ate it while still hot in the parking lot, great experience as usual.
This is a great location but my only complaint one of the workers. I’ve never had an issue before today. I appreciate the workers that went around and collected the trays but the girl working came up to me all rude the way she asked me. It made me feel bad and I see her go to the next table and ask politely. I want the same respect l. I don’t know you and you don’t know me so don’t be rude just because of the way I look.
