Food: I get the 2x2x2 which is two eggs, two bacon or sausages, and two pancakes. I love their eggs, somehow every time they make them so fluffy! I dig their coffee! I also tried their turkey dinner and it was delicious.Service: service has always been quick and fast and accurate. Even when they're busy services prompt.Final thought: The food is a dollar or two more than regular family owned diners. But the food is always good. They have more than just breakfast food now, they have lunch and dinners.
WOW.. what a disappointment from a place you think is the same anywhere you go. Not the case. Went to have breakfast on a Saturday morning, and the waiter was rude all the way around. I am a paying customer and who cares what I order or how much... the waiter seemed compelled to express himself about my order and then question if I was sure. The only thing I am sure about is not coming back to this place or at least his section. To add to it he decides he deserves a 18% tip. How about NO. rudeness gets less than 18 for sure, wrong order less again, cold food, getting close to only 5% spilling water because you seemed bothered I asked for more, you get 0. I will go back but will make sure I do not sit in his area ever again . Btw...only two male servers, this one is high restricted...
I've recently been to the La Habra IHOP a few times. Meals are consistently well prepared and very good. I really like the Swedish pancakes with lingonberry sauce and butter. The staff is very friendly and take very good care of the patrons. The restaurant is clean and I look forward to returning. Try the weekday appetizer specials. Other deals available.
Had gluten free pancakes and they were amazing. It was busy but the Service was really good
Went in for my birthday pancakes and a breakfast plate. Service was great - everyone was friendly and even thought they were busy - we didn't wait long.
This restaurant is the best Ihop in la Habra, very great food here!-The taste of food is always very amazing, customer service is always great and hospitable feels like home.It really deserves a 5 star.
The service was horrible. We were seated and nobody came to take our order. After 20 minutes, a server came to our table and said "I guess I'll be taking your order" begrudgingly. We never really had a server, this person was just covering for someone. Our food was delivered late and they forgot the side of ranch which took another 15 minutes. All the empty tables around us were piled high with dirty dishes. Nobody was bussing the tables and it was like a ghost town. There was something very wrong at this IHOP. You would think at noon on a Sunday they would be adequately staffed!! We had to track down someone to bring us our check. I gave two stars because the food was decent. The service was really bad. We will not be returning!
If your check-in system isn't working, you need to sort that out or at least put out a notice about it so that customers aren't waiting in curbside pickup for no reason until they decide to try calling in out of curiosity and finding out that they never even received the request.
I had a tasty omelet with pancakes. Nothing to complain about. I was helped by courteous staff with my takeout order. They appeared to follow Covid-19 protocols. They were accepting inhouse dinning as well. Some of the better takeout food containers are used here, however they are plastic and probably aren't as good for the environment. You win some, you lose some.
I like coming to this IHOP. Always clean and food is on point.
