Real great food and really good service, only downside is they're always packed but that's because everything's so good.
Went for dinner and noticed on their bathroom doors a sign saying gender neutral. Noticed a lady go in, later a boy about 5 go in.As a parent watch your children or take them in.Shame on pollo loco a boy is a boy and a girl is a girl!Separate bathrooms.

Excellent but corn tortillas fell apart which usually means there not fresh. Usually get a red tomatoe salsa with it but didnt receive any. It's possible that we needed to ask for it. It use to be included without asking. Always love the flavor of the chicken.
Food was great. Female manager in black shirt was rude . went to get my order on counter she acted like I was stealing. Finally i got my order and she said we called u 15 minutes ago in a high voice . No good on custemer service . I understand it was busy but please. Please try Imperial for better service. I know i will.
