The other day I went in to get food for me and myfamily only ordering 6 entrees with a few sides. Serviceseemed to be very unwelcoming followed up by a rudetone when I ordered my food. The employees seemedvery unhappy about their jobs and not really caring. Isee where they get it from after seeing their scruffy"manger" talking up another employee instead ofhelping out with the long line out the door. Or at leastcorrect their employees attitudes. Horrible experienceoverall won't be coming back anytime soon.
This store is shorting people meat on their bowls. They're putting smaller and smaller portions. I questioned the meat portion size and they said they used 4 oz. I went home and measured the meat and took pictures of it on my food scale. it was only 3.2 oz and that was after I complained about the meat portion when they served it. They did this the other day to me too. Some people in front get lots of meat and because I get my rice separate from my chicken, I never get enough meat, which is why I decided to measure it today. They also charged me 5.00 extra for extra meat in my grandsons bowl which also has a small portion size before i doubled it. Very unhappy about this!
This is my weekly regular. Usually visit on the weekend after picking up my wife. We call it "The C-Word" and always feels good to make a stop for our veggie burrito/ bowls/ tacos. The only issue we have is when the items are out, undercooked or the staff is rude. Most of which are sparingly experienced, except the last. At the La Habra location on Imperial/ Idaho, there's sometimes a rude/unfriendly staff member frequently working the night shift. There's been moments when we approached and were rudely asked "what do you want?" another instance where he told us "make sure you see the ingredients before you even ask." Being a guy with thick skin, I didn't let it bother me, but i didnt appreciate him talking to my wife that way. I've noticed that if you speak to him loud & stern, he'll pull back on the sourpuss attitude. Other than that, go pick up a veggie bowl and tell them I sent you.-Ang'Geon
I used to like coming here but not anymore.I ordered 5 bowls, some chicken and some steak.They assembled them quite fast but because of that it seemed like their portions were all different.They wrote C for chicken on a steak bowl which shows how much they were not attentive.I also wanted to add how much it doesn't look sanitary now that they don't wear masks. They should wear some sort of a mouth cover for they talk while packing your order.
Dine in, fundraiser . ...I'm sorry food was not good I spend $40 on 3 ontrees noone liked there food.
Counter is dirty. I don’t know when they wiped the counter last time. They need to clean up the counter and food containers.
Good Chipotle at this location, have never had a problem. Give it a try!
Payment system has been broken for over half a year and won't accept gift cards, they simp out on portions, aren't attentive, do not say hi, goodbye, or thank you. Super disorganized and it seems like everyone there hates working there.
Very good food , I'm glad they offer the green tobacco sauce, really spices up the burrito
I use to love coming here but it just isn't the same. The meat was dry and the carnitas were burnt not to mention that they didn't have any vegetables I could add to my salad. The service was still good but that is only worth so much.
