Do not know quality of restaurant, etc because I have never eaten here before…just stopped by to use the lady’s room real quick-like! ????
Me and my family ordered this food because of the so called "great reviews" and when we got the food at first it looked good, but once we tasted it we regretted so much spending $60+ on it, the fries we're undercooked, the tortilla chips were stale, the salsa HAD A HAIR IN IT?, i honestly don't know how a food restaurant can run with such poor qualities such a bad experience for a first impression ?
Castanedas is my favorite local Mexican restaurant, I think I have tryed just about everything on the menu over the last 5 years since I’ve moved in the area . The staff are very cordial and the customer service is amazing, they are always very attentive to any special requests you may have . I have picky eaters in my home lol. The dining area is always clean the restrooms are clean. Overall 1-10 u rate this place an 8 just because restaurant is perfect ?
Food has always been good and a bit pricy. Tonight I went for shredded beef nachos, prices gone up $15.97 WHAT!? That's crazy because I had about 1 TBS of beef on them! Prior it was $12.00. I will most likely go to TOMS TAILGATE next time, great food and not nearly as expensive and LOTS of meat!
Their prices keep going up and the portion servings dooowwwn. Almost $11 for an asada burrito with a little bit of guacamole, Pico de gallo and a whooooollleee bunch of unused tortilla is a complete rip off. The food tastes great and when I pick up orders for delivery.. their items feel heavy and when i go and order I have to check in my containers because there’s barely any food?
This place has the worse customer service took them 30 minutes to attend then the food was cold and more juice than the little pieces or meat. This was overpriced cause I left more hungry than when I entered on my way to @carlsjr for real food that should’ve been my real destination.
Just came through here and got home to find that they gave me a drink that they shoved an entire plastic bag into before putting ice over it and filling it up. I'd say don't waste your time with this garbage place that seems to not care at all about service and would rather shove trash into your order.
Delicious as always but this location was super good. I had the grilled fish tacos. Exceeded my expectations by far. Very good food.

I'm not sure if the place recently changed owners or management? Somehow the food is not the same! A few months ago I love this place and it's food but now I don't think I would go there anymore. I wish they would bring it back to what it used to be!
