Wow, first time and my tastebuds were blown away!Not only is the coffee great but the food was an unexpected delicious treat, you could see the whites around my eyes with the first bite…I had zero clue to the delight I was about to indulge in.Thank you!
I came in today (4/16; around 4 in the afternoon) to buy a 16. Oz Earl Grey Tea w/ milk and found out that the lid was not closed properly and ended up scalding myself on the way out of the shop, burning my hand. But instead of having the staff asking if I was ok or even apologizing about the incident, they just rudely asked "you want a napkin"? and simply walked away with a "yeah" after handing it off to me.The fact that the staff here are so absolutely disrespectful is clear indication of how bad the service is. If they cannot even properly close the lid on a cup of tea/coffee and refuse to check the welfare of a customer after they've been injured, then I have no reason whatsoever to continue being a customer for this shop. I ask management to investigate and discipline the staff (2 females and 1 male with long curly hair with a cap) that was working today, but until then, I refuse to continue doing business.
Drinks were great. Had iced Matcha latte and daughter had blended Chai tea latte. Customer service was awesome ? bought some coffee too. Yum!!! Will be back.
Coffee is good, service is good, seating is comfortable, and they have cool tee shirts
I work at Starbucks so I know what burnt-to-death coffee beans taste like and I’m trying to discover good coffee so I ordered a lavender latte with oat milk and it tastes so freaking good, they have a lovely range of flavorings and their food is really nice quality as well! I got the sweet toast with apricot spread and balsamic vinaigrette and it’s wonderfully filling, I really enjoyed my visit :)
Loved studying in this very calm and aesthetically pleasing coffee shop! Upon the baristas advise I asked for a Pumpkin Latte with double shot of espresso and I loved the drink! Hate the milk heavy latte from Starbucks but here it actually tasted like pumpkin coffee?
I tried the pour over on special Gesha beans. The pour over is very fresh. The atmosphere of the cafe is very comforting and relaxing. Will come back soon!

This became my go to coffee place while staying in LA! I came every day I was here! Great service and great coffee! Couldn’t ask for more!
