My wife and I ordered the Turkado sandwich, chips and a drink. These are large and tasty sandwiches nicely prepared and quickly delivered to our table. The staff are helpful and patient, they are happy to provide a sample from their extensive and ever changing brew menu. We are looking forward to working our way through the rest of their menu.
Our company ordered lunch through the online portal because we are celebrating an employee birthday. When the order was delivered, there was a missing salad dressing, as well as two of the special sauces that we had requested/selected when placing the order. We called to see what could be done, and the employee told us that "Technically you didn't pay for the sauces since they are free" as a solution to our problem, and going on to say "there is nothing we can do". So essentially his logic is if a customer places an order for something, the employees can arbitrarily pick and choose what they do or do not include in the order, even if the customer ordered it, and the customer must just accept it.They told us that we could drive down there myself to pick up the missing items, which makes 0 sense. We got the order delivered for a reason (and paid extra for that), and now we have to take time out of our lunch/work day to drive down there to fix their mistakes?They didn't offer us credit, they didn't offer to send another driver, they offered literally 0 solutions to make the situation right. It took us asking to escalate the call to two separate people before they even offered to possibly partly comp only the salad.Honestly, I understand that mistakes are made but when we come to you for help and you immediately meet me with a "that's too bad" and literally NO solution/offering/way to make the situation right? I believe that is unacceptable.If you have to almost beg for an establishment to make their own mistakes right, you know there is something wrong.
Great quality sandwiches. The serving is fast.One star off because I don’t like their special sauce, so I always feel the sandwich is a bit dry/lacking sauce ?This time I ordered Beef Dip in Spinach Wrap, which turned out to be smaller than other sandwiches I have had, but it was enough for me.Other than that it’s really good and I love the spinach wrap option.
I was so excited for this location to open, but it is such a huge let down. The quality of the food and services does not compare to the other three locations in OC or SD. So sad, even though I live like ten minutes away, I rather drive to the Anaheim Hills location where I know I’ll get fresh produce.
I am not a sandwich person but have become one since discovering this place. Fresh ingredients, good atmosphere, attentive staff and amazing beer on tap. I always look forward to coming here, always finishing every bite and drink every last drop of beer.
The Baja Beef sandwich is so good!!! I got chips too but couldn’t eat them because the Baja Beef was so filling. I got it without jalapeños but it still tasted great!
Loved the veggie sandwich, their secret sauce on the side was also great! Would recommend this for brunch or if you are craving a really great sandwich.
I've been here twice to try the beef dip. I recommend no cheese and get the horseradish. The au jus is extremely hot and not very flavorful when I got it. Service was nice and I dined in both times. Clean.
Great sandwiches and good beer selection! I love the RSM location and this location has upheld the Board and Brew quality! Friendly staff and good music, now all they need is an open patio like RSM
Nice place with really good food and a nice selection of beers. We order the spicy Italian sub and I was NOT disappointed. I will definitely come back and try other sandwiches. Overall, great service and good food.
