My son and I went to dinner tonight. My son ordered his pizza then I tried to order the take 2 deal. I wanted the salad and cheese bread. Thankfully, I asked because the pesto is made with pine nuts and I'm allergic. Next, I was told I can't order the salad and bread, I had to get a pizza and then choose a side. I had the teenage employee read the sign right above his head and he still didn't seem to get it. Another employee had to come explain it to him. He got mad and walked away. Someone else made my salad which was the best part of the experience. No ice for the drinks. My cheesy bread was pretty flavorless. It needed garlic or something other than dough and cheese. My son's pizza was fine. But honestly from start to finish, it was not a great experience. A lot of teenagers standing around and tables and drink area were dirty. A lot of the vinyl booths are too ripped up to even sit on. I doubt we will come back here again.
Ok this place is.. horrid.The teenagers were busy talking to someone in the line behind me, completely missing that my husband and I were together getting separate pizzas, so his got all the toppings then a couple min later mine was taken care of.The entire place was sort of sticky/ dirty feeling(such as grease on my cup).Pizza wasn't bad but not great. However their cheese does give good "cheese pull"!Then I made the colossal mistake of needing to use the ladies room before I left. When I tell you it stank, I mean I almost threw up and I wouldn't wish that smell on my worst enemy. Pretty sure I saw black mold in the corners/ along the edge of the floor but I had to get out before I lost my dinner.I may try another location, eventually, but not for a long, long time. Absolutely revolted.Just hope I don't end up with more regret....

I was just at the restaurant tonight and when I got there the manager Ari was refilling the toppings. But, what shocked me was that she was cross contaminating everything. She used one gloves and touched the cart, refrigerator, and all the different toppings. She used her hands to scoop garlic and shook off the excess onto the other toppings as well. Additionally, the countertop was so dirty and unsanitary. When we told her about this, she said she was trained like this. Even the other workers were not providing minimal customer service. I advise everyone not to go there.
Customer service was very poor. My wife and I stood as the only people in line for about 10 minutes without even being acknowledged whilst 4 employees continued to walk by on their phones or disengaged entirely. Even if you are busy making online orders or doing something else, the least you can do is acknowledge customers and let them know you will serve them shortly. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to Blaze Pizza.
Is this even edible? Never in my life I have seen a pizza this horrifying.
A friend just a shared the photo (shown below) of the pizza she just had delivered from this location (S Beach Blvd, La Habra) on 7/23 Friday (online order placed on 5:55pm). Apparently it was supposed to have extra jalapeno pepper topping, and this is what they did to honor the customer's request. Understandably upset, my friend actually went to the store to talk to the manager, but was told that he/she was not available. Why the manager chose not to show up on a busy Friday night, who knows.Now, I would like to warn everyone that if anybody in food service can do this to any paying customers and think they can get away with it, don't expect that they will make YOUR food the right way. You will not want to know what they do to your food.
Horrible service, took 10 minutes to have 2 pizzas made and 2 people in front of us. Workers kept disappearing. Appeared like a bunch of lost kids playing around in a pizza kitchen. Also, they were out of mozzarella cheese...at a pizza place. Just an awful experience. I'd go to a different location from now on. Food was average
All in all I'd say this is definitely worth a try.
They serve large portions and for fair prices. welcoming staff. Highly recommended.
