Went to applebee's La Habra for dinner, my wife asked for a booth. There were plenty of empty booths but as we were walking he said no booths, so I said guess we'll go to Chile's and his response was go ahead. Now maybe he was joking but his job isn't a comedian. Now are waitress came to our table didn't introduce herself. Plenty more to say but only allowing so many words.
This is the second Applebee's I've ever experienced, and both were really good. This restaurant chain offers casual, comfortable dining that has good, cheerful service, an extensive menu and doesn't cost the moon.I only wish there was one closer to my home. I'd be much more of a "regular" that way!!
Thee new Bowl Specials were great. I server was nice & tried her Best, but they were under staffed & that's not her fault. She did her best trying to cover everyone, but sadly the customers were the ones who suffered, food came out in a few plates at a time & hard to get refills. Refills are an issue for us, when the price is now almost $4 a glass...she gave us our bill as we tried to tell her we wanted dessert. She looked overwhelmed & it showed in her service, but shame on management, they should of been out there helping their staff.
Out of all Applebee's this location is my favorite. Very clean, good service and delicious food! I'm always happy leaving here. Also, every time I come here, I just have to get the Triple Chocolate Meltdown!! Soooooo good!!
Service was not the greatest, but the waitress was sweet. The bus boy was awesome. Seemed like a friendly atmosphere and people were happy at the bar. Oriental salad was excellent. The quesadilla was not the greatest.
Wonton Tacos are the best I can't complain about any food there it's awesome. I had plenty of leftovers
They're open later than everybody else, and they're very consistent with the food. I have been coming here for a couple years now and I've never had a major issue with my meals. Also, they have a pretty nice bar area for a small restaurant.
bad service they did not give us cutlery or napkins, the waitress was never there when we needed something we were looking for 20 minutes just to ask for the payment receipt
Excellent service and great food! I would've paid the same at Carl's Jr with a damn coupon except I would've had to share my fries lol
Great place for late night food! Don't go for the service, go for the happy hour :)
