Absolutely delicious. Some of the best ramen in Orange County.

Poor quality California roll..

Ramen is delicious. Spicy dishes arent too spicey and simply adds a bit of a kick to keep the meal enjoyable. The waiter was pretty cool, and overheard the other table ask for some hot water but apparently it wasn't available. It would be nice if they offered hot water as an option to drink especially in colder weather.

We came in for a party of 3. The whole party was here but a party of 4 with 1 person came in right before us. Instead of seating our party that was all here, they seated the 1 individual without her whole party. Everyone else who had everyone in their party had to wait. It’s unfortunate they are unable to manage the restaurant properly. When it’s busy, they shouldn’t allow people without their whole party to sit and wait at a table when everyone else is waiting outside. It’s a missed opportunity to make more money and business. 20 minutes later by the time we were seated, the high school lady’s party of teens finally arrived. It was clear the young man who gave them priority wasn’t equipped to handle the restaurant without a manager or owner present to help.Thankfully this was the first time all of the food we ordered actually arrived at our table. Wait times are still really long for food though and service is very slow.Giving this business a 3 because the ramen is great. If they managed this place better, this place could be amazing and potentially the best spot in town.

Always great food. Consistently delicious. Love the tofu nuggets!Amanda is very friendly and helpful

My boyfriend loves ramen! Any opportunity to try something new or go to a restaurant that just opened, we are game to go. We called in advance to check if they were open for indoor dining and if they were busy. They were open and only had one other party in their dining room, so we made our way there stat.Upon arrival, we were promptly seated with menus. As we browsed our options, I noticed that they started getting pretty busy with take out orders, which I felt, caused the service to slow if you're dining inside since takeout seemed to take priority. There was only one cashier, one server and several cooks. The restaurant is pretty open concept with partial partitions between the kitchen and dining room, so it gets pretty noisy when the staff are speaking loudly or playing their own music. As for food, boyfriend ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen ($12.50). The ramen is a pork bone broth flavored with soy sauce and garlic paste. Toppings included pork chashu, green onion, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, wakame seaweed and sesame seeds.I opted to try their bento box - Salmon Steak bento ($15.50). The bento included rice, miso soup, 2pc California roll, salad, tempura and salmon on a bed of shredded cabbage. The salmon was grilled, which gave a nice smoky flavor and seems to be lightly brushed with sauce. I normally don't eat white rice, but did not see any options to substitute so I didn't ask.Portion was filling for both of us, but overall experience was lacking. We had ordered a takoyaki with our meal, but it was never entered. We inquired about it mid-meal and they said they would check on it. However, we finished our meal and it was still nowhere to be seen, so we informed them to just cancel it. In addition, the other table that was there received items they didn't order, so it wasn't an isolated issue. It's possibly they are still working out the kinks and trying to find their balance, but I don't see myself returning any time soon.

Another nice ramen option in town. Owner is friendly. Ramen portion is decent. Egg is default on each ramen which is a plus. Come and enjoy before its get crowded.

Great service and ramen!

The food was good, but just a few mistakes. My friend ordered and egg with her noodles and it came after she was finished. Her husband ordered extra noodles and the to came late. I still gave it 4 stars because the food is solid and the staff is extremely friendly!

black spicy tonkotsu ramen is awesomethey seem like a new place and a lot of items on the menu are out of stock: matcha cheese cake, curry bowl etcthe plus side is they have free refill noodle
