The gentleman working the counter was very unfriendly never smiled, acted like it was burden to help me and was like that to the other customers as well, yogurt is great, but his customer service was horrible. I went back in a little while later to get a bottled water and the girl behind the counter was very sweet and very helpful, it was just a gentleman that was rude.2nd part of this Review..I posted this today and within 2 hours I had a response from the store and that is very impressive, because of the management on my review I have changed my point of view ?about this place the fact that they acknowledged and will be addressing this, I will absolutely come back!I believe everyone Deserves a 2nd and 3rd chance to get things right ✅ maybe the gentleman was just having a bad day, but like I said overall the yogurt and the young girl at the counter change my point of view and the management sealed the deal with excellence in handling customer service. I would highly recommend this yogurtland in Irvine and I will definitely be back.!????
Great froyo and very clean. They offer gloves to use while serving yourself the frozen yogurt.
They don't give samples and it's to expensive.

Lots of options. Clean. Gloves for covid measures. Really great tasting yogurts and lots of topping options. Topping options vary from sweets to fruits to sauces.
LOVE yogurtland but wish they would have at least one good dairy-free option. It’s always either the rocket pop or some other sorbet. The dairy free vanilla or chocolate are amazing and should be a staple at any location.
Terrible customer service.Bad experience. They don't even have napkins. They don't provide restroom for their customers. Don't recommend!
