Ordered a 10 wings set for to go through DoorDash with a total price of $14.43. The flavors were lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. I would say the overall taste was bland because the two flavors were kinda bland, and the chicken tasted like it’s not marinated. I would not recommend these two flavors.
So today Friday 11-22 i ordered 45 chicken thighs and instead chicken thighs they give me wings, and they don’t told me about it,
Soggy wings not crispy at all. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this barranca Irvine location. Ordered 6 piece lemon pepper with seasoned fries. Look at the juice that was on my what should be dry rub wings.
Just picked up my order from here. I walked in and 2 people were ahead of me. After the employee(only Caucasian working at the time) helped them. He looked at me and said I'll help you in a bit. All he did was stand around in front of me (not taking online orders or phone orders and literally no one in line). After standing around for 10 minutes he proceeded to ask another employee to help me out. My order was ready and on the rack from before I got into the Wingstop. This is poor customer service on his part especially when I literally saw him stand around and do nothing in front of me. I really hope this employee (didn't get his name) get proper training in regards to customer service.
People complain to much on the reviews. What do you expect ? This isn't a restaurant style establishment.Nonetheless, the service has gotten better in the last year. Time frame for you to receive your order is almost always accurate.I always place a to go order for the bundle meal for 2. I can't complain cause they always get my order right lol
Wings are good ! But attitude “terrible”. Guys are unhappy and nervous in here. Idk what’s wrong but they need to be much more kind and try to smile sometimes ..
Good wings (boneless or not not boneless) with yummy fries and cold tea. That hits the spot!
Great flavor, but thigh bites should be called breading bites ? Get the strips instead.
Wings are always good and usually ready on time. Can get a bit busy around dinner time. My only complaint is that it's super loud in there with the open kitchen and blasting music, it's difficult to communicate with the staff as a person with hearing problems.
Used to love coming here but lately, I get questionable vibes from a young Spanish chick. She always has an attitude and always messes up my order. I think she needs a different job outside of customer service.
