4/24/2022 645 am. The lady that work that shift got my order wrong, and tried to argue with me. All i asked is for my order to be corrected, but she tried to argue and yelled at me. she snatched the breakfast out of my hand, and made me a new one. when she handed me my new sandwich she yelled and said next time she not changing my order. but she got it wrong in the first place. im highly upset
Sorry to say this Wendy's was not very good. The Sprite/7-Up was brown. How gross. The raspberry iced tea tasted like mold. Yuck! The guy who took the order got it really wrong. Oh my gosh.
I love the food, however the employees are somewhat rude and have little to no customer service skills at this location.
Bad day for this Wendy's. Drive thru took 12 minutes. Only 3 cars ahead of me. I learned that I don't care for the taste of the egg sausage biscuit. Usually love Wendy's, but everyone has a bad day every once in a while.
Filthy hands....After the incompetent staff took 20 minutes to take my order.... Apparently they dont take cash at this location. $100 bills aren't good here. Robert the manager was very unprofessional in handling this. Directly challenged me to call corporate and complain. Poor example for RAZA!! LAZY AF!!
Very slow service. 2nd in line inside. Took 25 minutes for food . Ladies barely know English inside to take your orderNot visiting this place again.Outside in dire need of make over
Saw enough commercials for the sausage & bacon breakfast biscuits that I just had to stop! I ordered 1 of each & Maria suggested a combo for 1 so that I can enjoy seasoned fries. That’s the first thing I ate and they were delicious. By the time I could eat my sausage biscuit; It was very fresh. I was going to save the 2nd one; but after grocery shopping I gave the bacon biscuit & Orange juice to a homeless man. He was thankful for the meal ?
Avoid this place, or triple check they got your order correct. Last order had major errors... forgot the toy and drink for the kids meal, forgot the sour cream for the potato, forgot the cheese on the asiago chicken sandwich.
I just left the drive thru. My husband bit into his breakfast sandwich and there was a screw!!!! Please be careful. This is so horrible. I almost give this sandwich to my kids !!!!!!!!! I am calling the location. And they are not answering ! And they did not give me a receipt.
They just can’t seem to complete a proper order. Look at this slop. Almost $6 sandwich. YUCK. Nuggets mixed up. Sandwich looks disgusting. I’m not happy! I’m pissed!!!
