Worst experience ever, I have ordered two customised cakes along with the reference pictures to make sure it matches my needBut ended up with dissatisfaction for 2 times. I recommend not to order any customised cakesA big NO for customisations ??
Not great looking cakes
Great customer service! Came here just to try the Princess cake. Realizing it is very hard to find a bakery that makes this cake. It was soo good!! Highly recommended!
So sad to say this bakery inside Gelsons supermarket has been a big disappointment. The last few cakes I got were so old, I took the time to call and let them know. Very dry and stale tasting and it takes cake a long time to get like that. I wish they would find another one.
The people working there are nice, the real sweets are the employees, huuuu
A big favourite with the little ones
I have been buying their cookies and cakes for many years. I take them to my clients at least once or twice a week and they rave about them. I have never experienced a poor quality product the 20+ years I’ve been shopping there. I’m going back in the morning for more!
I have always loved this bakery NOT because of all their pastries and baked goods as they are quite dry and not very tasty. The ONLY reason I like them is for their princess cake one of the best. So unless purchasing a princess cake save your money and go to a better bakery
Absolutely amazing customer service..i ordered a peppa pig for my daughter's birthday which she loved and pointed out all the little details , which made her super happy! Tasted as it looked..delicious and yummy! Everyone loved it. Definitely recommend this bakeryðŸ‘
