Great burgers lots of choices. Ingredients are nice and fresh and there's lots of selections for those that don't desire beef. Atmosphere is great the staff is friendly and service quick.
Ridiculously slow. I’ve been here for 45 minutes and haven’t even received my wings appetizer yet. And what’s important to note is it’s only a third full. I think I’d be here all night if they were busy. And so ok here comes the food. Appetizer and burger at the same time. So, do I start with the wings and move to a cold burger? Yeah, that’s what I did, and that’s how it went. Ordered their “breakfast burger” has the sunny side egg on top, cause that’s my favorite at Red Robin (The Royal). Red Robin blows it away. Maybe I’ll come back on a rainy day with nothing to do for two hours. Outside of that, my first and last time here.
This place is my favorite site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I feel like having a good supper, this restaurant comes immediately to my mind. fresh and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.professional crew, and nice ambience. And very important, the expence is fair. I sent my friends to this spot with no hesitation.
Signature burgers are tempting but build your own! Fries are excellent. One of the toppings is quinoa and I want to order it next time just to see how that is accomplished.
The food was good, many options for customizing your order, the staff was knowledgeable about food offerings, and the staff was friendly and attentive providing good service. Definitely a good experience.
Excellent and attentive service. Delicious burgers. Unexpectedly family friendly for such a nice burger/bar locale. We stopped in for lunch with our toddler and they were ready with a high chair and kids menu.
We love Counter burgers, but this location has always messed up my to-go order. Today, I ordered a burger with a side of parmesan fries and when I got home, the fries were missing. Before, they have given me loaded tots with bacon (I'm vegetarian) instead of my parmesan fries. The service is friendly and fast but this has become an ongoing issue for me here with Togo orders. Go to the other location in Irvine. Their service is fantastic and they have never messed up my Togo order
Great burgers and they will cook them as you wish...rare to well done. The thin onion strings are fantastic. Small bar with a couple of TVs.
Loved the variety of menu options and everything came out freshly cooked. They also offered gluten free options, which was great. I was also a big fan of the entire staff. My overall experience was great. Highly recommend
Great experience and atmosphere. The staff was highly attentive and made our visit enjoyable. The Counter offers a variety of food and drink options to suit every palette. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend this place!
