Another great experience at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Service was great. Indoors was very clean. This location has a great shared patio area. Lots of seating and shade to relax and enjoy your coffee or ice blended! You and your friends can get food from different restaurants and all sit together. Many large tables and small ones too. Will definitely come back again.
Worst service ever at this place. Stay away. I ordered latte with no sugar. They gave me sweetest coffee ever with 3 or more shots. This happened to me twice!! Something really wrong with this place. Bunch of idiots working here with no knowledge on how to prepare, serve and take orders.
I prefer here than Starbucks. I'm constantly ordering here I get Iceed Lattes & I like the Jalapeno bagel & almond crossiant ? I ordered here 2-3 times a week. The only thing I don't like is it can get pricey with customizing your drink & there's no sugar free options on the drinks. But you can substitute for powder to use less sugar.
The manager was extremely rude to his employees and actually snapped at me after he gave my drink to another customer. Then dude decided to bark orders at me telling me to get my other drink off the counter in the most condescending way possible. I LOVE cbtl and I hate that this is happening. I moved here from San Diego a few months back and have had nothing but awful service from this location, and after today it is apparent why. Im sure Starbucks really appreciates this manager sending them business, because thats where I will be from now on.
I love coffee Bean, They have good quality coffee and teas are very good.

They must be high. I ordered the java to go box twice this week. The first time I'm pretty sure they included a half gallon of half and half on accident. The 2nd time maybe they didn't want to give me any since they already gave me the whole container earlier in the week because they didn't include any creamer. Then the bag that is supposed to have cups has like 100 to go lids. I don't even know how someone would put this many lids in a bag on accident other than being high as sh!t lol
Management and staff are always friendly. Tasty coffee drinks!
