Gabriella was an AMAZING server. She was so attentive and really took the time to explain the menu to us and everything we might need to know. So sweet.

Birthday celebration

Their food was outstanding and the value is pretty pricey but it was worth it

We regularly go, but this time was with family and it was wonderful. The waiter Mr. Robinson was professional, caring and a great host. Food had amazing taste and aroma. Overall a great night out. =)

We had a wonderful time and wonderful staff serving us. Food was great.

The server was so good and very polite. I would definitely go back. We have a great date night!

we come to this location probably 5-6 times a year using our ViP dining cards. its definitely our goto for brazlian bbq. generally the experience is fairly consistent when it comes to food taste and quality. service can be hit or miss and like someone else mentioned if you are seated in the back of the restaurant, service tends to be slow. we noticed that for this visit the taste and quality of the food in general was off. the picanha had a hint of bbq which we have never experienced before. in general most of the meats were cooked either medium or well and we only like our meat medium rare. this was the first time where across the board the meats were all cooked too long (filet mignon, spicy picanha, garlic picanha, picanha). the fries that come with the meal and the cheese bread were lukewarm. the cold shrimp dish in the salad bar tasted mushy. we sat there for about 10 minutes without any meat service and only saw a couple of gauchos around the entire restaurant. the server came by to check on us and i asked him if we could get some meat service and then they started coming by fast and furious for about 10 minutes. then there would be a lull for awhile. for $63 regular price and $31 for children 7-12, its not cheap. if it wasn't for the VIP dining passes, we probably would not come here very often. and even tougher to justify taking the kids when they don't eat much to begin with. this recent experience has me questioning how often i will come back.

I almost went somewhere else because I was worried about the customer service issues brought on by yelp reviews, but staff was great. We came on a good day.

The meat server not distributed fully cover all the most tables But the good thing the manager there are great, you may ask for to get it.

What a fantastic experience!! Yes, experience!! Took my hubby here on a whim because Sam's Club had gift certificates on sale. For lack of a more savvy description, this is a Brazilian BBQ. There is a huge persistently stocked fresh salad bar/ charcuterie station as well as warm side dish buffet. The table is set with garlic mashed potatoes, French fries, Brazilian cheese bread and fried sugar and cinnamon bananas. For the main course your meat choices are brought to your table by gauchos who cut it right there onto your plates. Leg of lamb, lamb chops, filet mignon, bacon wrapped chicken, beef ribs, and my favorite, garlic picanha (top sirloin) and more. It's the most delicious game of "red light, green light" you could ever want to play. You flip the card on your table-- Green: "Yes! Show me the meat;" Red: "Hold up, give me a minute, I need to digest." We were blessed with Thiago, our Brazilian "tour guide" (server) who was attentive, helpful, full of insights and lots of yummy suggestions too! A true Brazilian, he was able to answer all our questions. All of the staff and the manager were friendly and upbeat. If you're a low carb eater like me, this is a dream come true!! Just RUN before they offer dessert. We didn't though, at Thiago's suggestion we ordered the Brazilian Cheesecake AND Brazilian flan... and I have to say, diet destroyed with zero regrets. All the thumbs up on this place; my husband and I highly recommend you check it out!! Oh and by the way, it's a flat rate meal, all you can eat, except for drinks and dessert. Totally worth it. My husband is already talking about wanting to go back this weekend!!
