Ordered cumin lamb, but served with onion pepper lamb. The lamb tasted as tough as chewy beef. Totally wrong serve. And much more epensive than it deserved. Not recommend.
The inflation is rampant but appears still reasonable here. We had a good lunch experience here with an order of tender beef and mushroom casserole plus XO sauce vegetable. I will come back for their seafood next time while the price is still bearable.
Ever been to a Chinese restaurant where they blast the Mexican mariachi music on speakers? It's all good though. Food is authentic and very tasty.
Pricey but good. The Yangzhou fried rice was tasty, so was the beef porridge.
It’s sad to see that quality of the food has gone down dramatically, we ordered multiple items from menu for take out. French fillet mignon was Ok say the least acceptable for $23 dish but salt and Peper shrimp was mushy and no texture of shrimp whatsoever. I called next day to ask for refund for shrimp and I was offered replacement which is not what I ask for and given no choice to get the money back for the dish and besides what makes me think it will be any better the 2nd time.I have also dined at the Westminster location and food was way better than at this location
Loved the food. We picked a few dishes and they were delicious. Service is okay, nothing exceptional. Gave 4 stars based on okay service and very good food.
First time here & don't think we'll ever be back...Food was alright, we found a piece of plastic in our lamb hot pot dish and a shrimp looking stick piece inside... ? How does this happen? Common, the kitchen staff needs to be more careful...The staff gave us half price for the lamb hot pot dish. Thanks, but it won't change my first impression. They have a cool looking robot that brings the take-out food to the front. Their restroom was not clean...And is not baby friendly (in case you need a change station). Their cabbage soup (上汤娃娃菜) was good as well as their crispy tofu & enoki mushroom dish were tasty. Chinese food wasn't as authentic as what you would find in San Gabriel Valley.
Ordered to go. Food is scrumptious! Fresh veggies, delicious protein, good portions. Restaurant was very clean and organized. Definitely returning for more!
We don’t get this in San Diego so I like it when We can come here because We order everything. We got seated and they took our orders pretty fast. We got the French style filet mignon, beef chow fun, house special steam chicken, and the Peking pork spare ribs. We really enjoyed the filet mignon and house special chicken. Great dishes. The beef chow fun was good and fresh but a little bland, hoping the next day it would have some flavor. The pork spare ribs tasted like orange chicken, it was crispy. A little too sweet but not bad. I honestly like this place, pricing isn’t too bad and portions are decent.
Not bad but hope they can improve.About this Hong Kong style restaurant, not really the same as real Hong Kong style. The rice is too hard. Egg puff should have improvement. I will try some more different foods next time. Worth to try several times.
