. . . somewhat unassuming, yet EXCELLENT, sushi restaurant in Irvine . . . VERY FRESH sushi/sashimi, with prompt, friendly, and courteous service . . . also good, draft Japanese beer on tap!
The person in charge is incompetent and somewhat lazy since the order that was supposed to be ready at a certain time took 20 more minutes and all because she has many tablets on her counter will have been confused and that caused her not to be able to put the order to your kitchen.Also the woman was mean and little help.I will avoid going to this sushi place again, by the way there are better than this restaurant.

If I can give a 0 or negative I would, THE worst sushi restaurant ever! rice was very sticky obviously cooked with too much water, fish was not fresh AT ALL, I assume it might've been some left over, chicken tereyaki was a nightmare, plain white chicken breast mixed with a little sauce that taste terrible, I've never been a picky person but man, this meal made me regret. this is the kind of "one shot restanrant", you would definitely never ever want to go back again.
Fast, easy, decent food and good service
The food is ok, price a bit high, but the customer service is very poor and they charge you for everything. They put very small amount of ginger with each order and charge you extra for extra ginger. My order was over $150 and they still charge extra for extra ginger.

No indoor seating because of COVID. I order 2 rolls and a beer while I wait. The rolls come while I am sitting outside and the manager or owner tells me I can’t finish my beer outside in his seating that I bought from him or the sushi I also bought from him
