That 4⭐ rating is well deserved but I personally gave ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because everything went hassle free!
If you come to this subway it’ll take at least 25 mins to get your sandwich , slow as hell
Guy that works there solo at 2am is super friendly and makes sure ur eating subway at the oddest hrs of the day. Its great.
The word is wow!I love the hours that they carry, customer service was exquisite believe me when I tell you I've been through other Subway's, nothing like this one for the simple reason that I am mute. Nobody knew that but the person who helped me unfortunately I didn't get to see her name tag, she was great she did a great job great customer service.I have to admit for being late as we went everything was still fresh fresh tomatoes diced up fresh lettuce diced up, clean & clean you can dine dine out pre-order and pick up or just walk in order the thing is it was a very nice experience I love how polite and upbeat they were I recommend this place it may not seem a lot but it is great compared to other Subway's that I've been now they do not have a restroom in their facility but they are surrounded by other businesses like gas station grocery store by the way the parking is right in front of the facility you don't walk that far from it at all.
Don’t order online for this store, I ordered 4 meals but when I arrived for pick up, they told me just 2 of your other is meal and you just have 2 drinks and 2 chips ! I showed my order in my phone but the guy was there said I have to follow my receipt! I said I already paid for 4 meals and he said I know but in my receipt I just have 2 ! He didn’t care my side and my receipt and my total payment as i paid for 4 meals . I paid again for 2 more drinks.
Love this location. Always prompt with mobile orders. Does get fairly busy during the day so I would definitely recommend mobile ordering over waiting in line.
I came in tonight to pick up a order for a delivery app. The gentleman at the counter basically ignored me and the poor girl behind the counter was rushing around doing things and let me know that she was currently working on my pick up. As she was beginning the sandwiches the guy behind the counter saw that three other people came into the store so he just left and walked outside and sat in front of the store playing on his phone. Obviously it must’ve been time for his break, but I don’t think she appreciated him leaving her in the store like that alone. She tried her very best with her customer service but I felt very bad for her. As I received my order and went to my car I noticed three more people enter the store. At no time did her coworker try to stand up and help her out. I usually have a good experience at this location so I felt pretty bad for the poor girl.
