Gosh, look at all these bad reviews. Goes to show this location is having a serious problem with customer service. The ladies working there are down right rude and won’t accept responsibility for their mistakes. I ordered a foot long sand which and SPECIFICALLY said no cucumbers and guess what she puts on my sandwich? Even though she removed them after I told her, the sandwich already tastes awful because of it. The lady starts to argue with me trying to put the blame on me somehow. Umm? No.. I told her a mistake is fine, but trying to put the blame on me somehow.. geez. This location needs to re-educate its staff to learn basic customer service. This place will continue to suffer until then.
Bad mannered stingy staff!!! Wanted to charge extra for the paper to wrap the sandwich!! Never heard of at any other Subway.
A very curious thing that a shop that supposedly makes sandwiches, was out of nearly every type of bread at 2:30 today. They were out of certain meats and cheeses too. Phenomenal waste of time since you stand in line and then they drop the bad news on you. Would give zero stars if I could.

Bad experience with Gabby. I ordered a tuna sandwich and tipped 15 percent. Asked for a cup for water and Gabby who made my sandwich said we don’t have any cup for water. I asked her for one of those drink cups behind her and said “I’m gonna pour water in it” she refused saying they are only for drinks!! I told her I know, but I’m gonna pour water in it, she refused. I went out of the store, no water.
The food is alright but the black girl who took my order was just stingy, I asked for chicken and she gave me 1 scoop for the foot long I asked her to put a bit more and she told me it’s gonna be extra.
Arrived at 8:55pm and the door was closed. I thought closing time was 9pm?! Wasted my time
Very rude “manager”. I guess nobody told them there is a Subway on almost every corner…treat your customers better and assistant managers need to get off their power trip…???
