Everyone is super nice! But most of the food and drinks in their fridge is expired, I got one juice that was expired 6 days ago.
I've had a bad experience here a couple times now. Both times I have visited here I have encountered the same rude employee. I believe the Baristas name is Dani. I would not recommend going here simply to avoid having to deal with the attitude the women throws at you.
Got excited a Starbucks was just around the corner from my place. It has the name but this place is not a Starbucks. Seating sucks and wifi is broken... basically them telling you please leave once you buy a drink.
Starbucks is consistent in terms of food and drink quality. Drinks are decent and the food is mostly pre-prepared with lots of preservatives. However, this Starbucks is great in terms of service. I come here occasionally on weekday mornings and the entire staff is always very friendly and quick with orders despite being busy. Today they were experiencing a glitch with mobile orders and none of the mobile orders were registering in their system even though customers were being charged online. I happened to do a mobile order today and when I showed up one employee quickly explained the situation, looked at my reciept, recited my order to her coworkers and my order was out perfectly in less than two minutes (with multiple items +customizations) despite the place being somewhat busy and the staff already scrambling to handle other messed up mobile orders quickly. The weekday morning staff does a great job. Thanks for the great service and helping me keep things timely as I'm heading to work in the mornings.
The service is amazingly efficient for such a busy location, and always welcoming.
Every single time we go, we are greeted upon entering, do not have to wait long, and staff has to this day been able to redo a drink if it is needed, and with a smile. Recently I purchased a biscotti and had to return it. I showed the expiration date to the cashier because the expiration date on the wrapper had not been reached however the biscotti had already gone stale. I was reluctant to get another biscotti after I got the stale one but I did with a later date on its wrapper and it was fine. Cashier was not very concerned. Floor inside this Starbucks needs cleaning. Every single time we go, mostly after 12 noon,the floor leading all the way to the register is visibly dirty. Bathroom needs help with its floor too.
I don’t know if it’s because of the pandemic but everybody seems to be really helpful

The barista was very nice here. She asked about my day, and made me feel better about my rough morning. Her positivity really lightened my morning! Would love to go here again!
