This Starbucks is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here a few times and didn’t care if they have the worst customer service… now I’m just annoyed. And now I care!It’s 715pm, there are four employees behind the counter, no line and not a single employee looks up to acknowledge me. (Keep in mind I’m there for a mobile pick up) … after two minutes “hi I’m here for a mobile order” there it is, my order just sitting there.Date June 10 2022, Friday around 715pm.
Ordered for extra oat milk and the barista refused to give me more unless I pay more. I never had a problem with other locations but this one. The barista was annoyed at the fact that I asked siracha with my spinach feta wrap. As a former employee, I loved making peoples day but here they obviously don’t care. Do better ! If you don’t like giving great customer service, look for another job. Clearly this job is not for you.
Needs work on communication. I ordered just a blueberry muffin on mobile. Barista brings up a muffin and says my name for a blueberry muffin and says another name for some drink. I walked up, say my name, and he “corrects” me with the 2nd name. So I figured it’s my fault, I wait longer. At this point, I can’t see how a single blueberry muffin takes 10 minutes to prepare. Another barista, asked what I was waiting for and he hands me the same god damn blueberry muffin with MY name on it.. the same blueberry muffin I asked for that the other barista corrected me on.I get it, it’s busy. I’m not mad but a tad frustrated that I had to wait just because a barista decided to save a few seconds to correct me instead of asking me to confirm my name/order.
Ordered a venti espresso double shot frap & grande hot chocolate. Espresso frap is great as usual. Hot chocolate is the worst I have ever tasted. It is water w a splash of chocolate taste. YUK!! My son is SO DISAPPOINTED!!
First time there 12/15 2021. Still not a big fan of the company. But the people there were great.
Super bad experience! Very bad customer service!!!!! They have an attitude for no reason! !!! If you don’t wanna work go home don’t bother people and give them bad service!!
Wait is too long. They never called my name. Beverage was sitting there for a long time. I said I better check myself. Good I did otherwise would be sitting there even longer.
