Starbucks has recipes and mixes they follow. There is always the human factor that plays a role. The difference between good (average) and exceptional is the human factor and this Starbucks is exceptional due to the team.In addition considering this is a tough parking lot there is plenty of parking options and absolutely worth it.
Exterior: Three stars. This is a "shopping center" location, shared parking lot, no drive through. It has one design fillip, an oversized wall that defines the patio area to the side of the store. There is also a strip of tables fronting the parking lot. Patio seating is well maintained and they have umbrellas.Interior: Two stars. Recent "long table" interior design but tiny and awkwardly shaped. One bathroom, not key or code required.Vibe: Four stars. Can do attitude with the staff here.Closer to the freeway than you'd think, this Irvine location is quiet and clean. A welcome change from many other freeway adjacent locations in this area.
As others have said before there are only about 7 parking spaces outside this Starbucks. The rest are now reserved for other stores. I wish I could comment on the service at this Starbucks but since the only spaces were a good 5 minuite walk away and it was pouring rain I decided to go to a different coffee store.I hope that I can update this score when I come back another day.
Other than the parking situation taking a very long time just to get in the store, my experience here on several occasions has been anything but what you'd expect from Starbucks. This time around, I ordered two drinks, both I had to repeat myself over three times to get the order right in the system. Later when the drinks came the orders were still not right. The associate working there was by himself, didn't seem to have much help, and more than rude was just disinterested in helping customers. I plan on going out of my way next time around to avoid coming here!
Would of been a great day for business for Starbucks! I’ve had friends who worked while in a hurricane ? but not on a rainy day ? & workers were sitting down…Overall had to run to north Italian and their expressly coffee ☕️ was only $4.50 glad I went coffee was good and new experience.
I’m always using Starbucks I’m never see the baddest store in my life dirty and the worker need more experience you do the customer service??
Cold brew is pretty disappointing, no flavor, only taste the milk. Not surprising from the Mc DoNald of coffee. Compared to local spots like The Cup and Nook Coffee, their coffee pales in comparison. If you just want the taste of milks and syrups, come here.
Yesterday, I went to this store and have ordered two Americanos, hot and iced. And I have asked them for the refill later. First employee well acknowleged about the refill policy so she provided me for the refill for the coffee for hot americono. And she asked me, of course, what kind of drink I want to get for the refill since I can get refill for only brewed coffee and tea. (By the way, she seems like new employee and was being helped by the other employee. Thank you so much for the support.) And I wanted to get another refill for my iced americano because the taste was bit light on that day, and the other employee at the register says I cannot get the refill for the iced Americano. Because sometimes I asked for the refill for the coffee at other store so I felt so weird so I have searched the Starbucks policy and there was written that I can get refill for brewed coffee and tea for any beverage. In the beginning, I thought that she might misunderstood that I want the refill for ice americano (sometimes it happens, and in that case, usually, an employee always explains me what I can get for the refills) so I try to show her the policy and try to explain to her, but she said she already knows the policy and I cannot get the refill for iced americano order for her store. I told her that I got refill from other store but she says she cannot provide refill for her store for iced americano order unless I make a new purchase for coffee. I have asked to talk with the manager because I felt like the issue cannot be solved with her and she said she is the manager. I could not believe that the manager does not acknowledge well enough about the policy than a regular employee. So I have contacted the customer service and they say the district manager (I think that is what she said) will contact me within 48 hours.
Brianna H. helped me and she is so awesome ? such great energy and knowledgeable about every single thing I asked, seriously she is the definition of what customer service should be!! I literally asked for her to write her name down for me so I could call corporate and let them know what a valuable asset they have with her as an employee. No joke! If ur gonna grab Starbucks - this is the location 2go?
Loooong lines due to corporate employees in the area.No parking. None. Always crowded.Friendly staff though. Unless you work here, best to find another location. (with parking!)
