Mid day beverage break. They were doing a good amount of business. Friendly staff. I was expecting more displays of bagged coffee for sale.

Really need to update the hours of this store. It's an inconvenience to people who drive is drive from a distance or walk a distance to get here. I just walked about half an hour to get here, only to find that this location is not open when it says it is online.In the brief time it took me to look for a notice as to why they were closed and snap 2 pictures of their hours, several other patrons walked up and were similarlyl displeased.Not a great way to do business.
Wanted to get coffee before heading into work but they are closed with no signage anywhere saying they are closed. i’ve also seen several people walk up as well. they should have posted something. i’ve even tried calling the store and it just gives me a dial tone.
Says open at 5 but no one inside and it's 630 good job Starbucks team

Sadly, I am giving this location a 3 star review in hopes there is some change. I have frequented this location during the morning rush for years. The few staff members I have known for these years are fantastic, and I think they should be recognized and promoted. Inevitably, the few are not working every visit. Importantly, over the past few months (around 4), this store has become increasingly inefficient to the extent that I visit a neighboring coffee establishment. Waiting 20 minutes for a beverage and food is just unacceptable, especially when you're watching mobile order food and drinks getting cold and not being retrieved. This may be a systematic problem, but it needs to be fixed for walk in customers. For now, expect 15 minute delays if you are stopping in for a morning latte or opt for a cold latte via mobile!
