I was today years old when I learned that Starbucks will grind their whole beam coffee bags for you. I brew my own cold brew at home so this is awesome!! Will be coming to buy my coffee bags here now instead of buying from the market. Staff was super friendly.

The staff is Welcoming. Surprisingly not too busy early morning, but service is quick. I wish it had a drive thru.

Great customer service! We accidentally placed a mobile order at another Starbucks location thinking we ordered it a the Culver store and Angelica and her staff were extremely understanding and quick to make our order, regardless of this being our mistake. This is not the first time that Angelica steps up to provide exceptional customer service. We typically come to Irvine to visit my sister several times a year and about a year or so ago, my boyfriend and I stopped by here to get a pick me up for our drive back to San Jose super early in the morning and Angelica and her team were extremely nice and accommodating in helping my boyfriend find a drink that will keep him alert on our 6hr drive. Thank you!!

My mother-in-law and I came into Starbucks today around 3:10pm, and we were pleasantly greeted by a young man named Steve. What a joy to have Steve help us out with all of our questions. He was very thorough and made our drinks very quickly and theh tasted great. Steve is a great employee, and I wish more employees everywhere were more like Steve!
I tried Caramel Macchiato. I liked it very much. A light taste of caramel made the drink very smooth. My 5 star is for this item.
