Decent n lovey place you can bet on ?
I mean probably a new employee or lack of training, my frappe was milky, watery, no ice in it foamy and warm..! Tried to go back and talk to the employee clearly ignored me or just didn’t notice me, eventually had to go out because i was in rush..! Did not enjoy my experience
I have honestly never had a bad experience at a Starbucks until I came to this one, after telling the cashier about my order wrongfully made and getting the remake it was still incorrect. The one who made both drinks was Jake he gave a annoyed looked when they had told him that it was wrongly made after he remade the order he never even called out my name for the drink I had to go ask about it cause it was taking a while to be called out when I received it I let him know that it was still missing the foam he roughly snatched the drink out of my hand and proceeded to finish making my drink Starbucks is supposed to be known for their friendliness and kindness not this type of treatment seriously worse worse Starbucks location ever.
Mentioned that it opened at 8:00 a.m. Tried to order ahead but was not able to. I was around the corner so I decided to just show up; the time was 8:10 a.m. The doors were locked. I get it, sometimes things happen and your not able to open on time. The thing is that the staff was inside and saw myself and a few other try to enter. There was no acknowledgement or even a sign saying they were closed. Oh well... went to Peet"s Coffee instead.

A busy Starbucks due to its location. Staff is prompt and friendly. Enough seating if you want to relax a bit and get online or some light reading.
Very friendly staff, well made drinks, and I received a great tea recommendation from the girl working the register.
I waited more than 35 minutes and they never gave me my Chai tea, I Ask why they didn't give me my tea and behaved very rudely, Then I left the place without my money and tea.
Needs more electrical plugs for people to charge their phones. There are only two and the seats by them are always occupied.
