That Abigail barista is the best!
The best starbucks I have ever been to, all thanks to Bishop and his amazing customer service. He offered my pup a puppachino and she absolutely loved it!My caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino (CF) was perfect. Every ounce of caramel supplemented the espresso just how I had hoped.

Usually great service and perfect coffee. But today our barista, not one we've had before, was not very pleasant and her coffee just as unpleasant as her demeanor. If she is the only one working next time, we will go elsewhere. In customer service, you should always be one step above the brand you represent regardless of how your day is going. We know, we are employed in high volume customer service .. ?

My best friend was also a manager of a Starbucks, so I have rather high standards of the drinks, service, etc. I went here 2x during a weekend for a conference and was happy that my drinks were 1. made well and 2. made on time.If you are staying at the Extended Stay - Spectrum Irvine and depending on your room, they are literally a 3-minute walk away.
