Not only did the women not listen to my order. I told her to put the fish on flour tortillas. She didn't listen. I told her it was to go. She didn't listen again. I even gave her a $3 tip which I deeply regret. I was the first customer and it took 20 minutes to make two tacos because they decided to make all the food that was ordered after me all at the same time. So not only did I have to wait 20 minutes being the first customer but I had to wait even longer for them to remake it since they don't know what put it on flour means. She didn't even apologize for how long it took it anything or any of her mistakes. What horrible customer service and zero empathy for the customer.
I usually enjoy a nice rubios meal, but I haven’t thrown up in 2-3 years after a california burrito here I was like a water hose. Very painful.

Food always seems kind of cold or moderately warm. I like my food hot!
1. Order got messed up. We placed 3 orders together in person, after confirming the details, an order was completely removed. Also small request was ignored.2. The waitress might be very new and she was very slow at taking orders. The person after us even left since the only one before us was taking forever.3. The food is always cold.
This Rubio’s location is the absolute BEST! Such amazing customer service with workers who went very above and beyond when they were short an ingredient to make up for it. The California burritos were delicious (so were the fries). I had never been to Rubio’s before and I will 1000% be a frequent visitor now!
