Just had an amazing experience at this location. It started off a bit rocky. I was the only one in line and the cashier was taking a phone order. I could tell she was having trouble hearing the caller so it was taking a long time. Howerve, someone who I originally thought was a nicely dressed guest approached me and offered to start cooking my order due to my wait. He must have been a manager, after washing his hand, he immediately got cooking my order himself. Amazing customer service!!!! I went to fill up my drink cup and bam! my order was ready! It was brought over to my with a smile (behind the mask) and I was told to have a great day and see you next time. I will definitely return to this location when I have the opportunity again.
This location literally never answers their phone for orders making it very inconvenient and time consuming to order here.
Foods is always good and ready when I order ahead and there is a young man I think his name is Raymond he is super friendly and kind he really has good customer service!! Thank you

I was very disappointed that none of their noodle dishes are vegetarian because of their use of chicken and other animal stock. Such an easy change that really wouldn't effect the flavor, while making so many more of their dishes accessible to people who do not consume meat. I know I've gotten Pick Up Stix before, and there was no mention of the animal stock used in the noodles. I thought they were vegetarian. I feel like back then I was unkindly tricked. If I would've known back then, I would have ordered different or gone somewhere else.Though I was disappointed with the vegetarian options and will not be purchasing from Pick Up Stix again until they change their ingredient list, the person who helped me went out of his way to make sure what dishes were suitable for vegetarians. He didn't guess. He pulled out an ingredient list and looked at it carefully. I very much appreciate the effort. I made sure to tip him.

The girl who took our order Judith R. was rude and very impolite. She seemed annoyed that we were there to order food an hour before closing. Looked as if they had already cleaned up and were ready to go home. It was not just us that she was rude to us but every customer who came in before & after us. Besides giving dirty looks to every customer who came in, She was not friendly and had an attitude. Our order took longer than 25 minutes and really didn't appreciate the rude customer service after spending almost $50 for my family to get dinner. We usually love Pick Up Stix but will NOT be returning to this location again. On the plus side, The food was awesome!
Would absolutely recommend eating here. Awesome ambience, flavorful food, fantastic service. Fantastic work.
