It’s an average restaurant. Not bad, but if you’re expecting your “typical pho experience” when you can choose from a variety of different soups with different cuts of beef, you won’t find it here. Here it’s just Pho and that’s it. Also there’s no service. You place your order at the register and they bring it to your table. They didn’t offer us water or sauces, suppose it’s self service. But when you pay you’re offered to add tip. The minimum pre-set option is 18%, however there’s no service for that, not even water is offered. So, to sum it up, it’s a food court type of service with pretty average tasting food but with prices of a traditional restaurant, being a bit on a higher side.

Decent but overpriced pho/noodle soups. The ambiance is casual order up front and served where you're seated dining. It was an ok restaurant to try but only if you're in south county not willing to drive all the way to Westminster/Garden Grove area. Interesting concept but I think I'll drive north of Irvine.

Phans is very consistently good. I enjoy the pho, the spring rolls, and the fried rice, but the bahn mi (with the lemongrass roasted pork shoulder) is especially delicious. I've never had a bad bite of food here. It can be a little pricy, but it's worth it, and I certainly can't fault them for it.

The chicken Pad Thai was quite good. The Ahi atop the Ahi Salad was great, but the salad was basic greens. The bread of the $15 Banh Mi was rock hard and dry and overall the entree was not as good as the $3 ones found in Westminster.

Broth is flavorful but not as good as old fashion Pho restaurants. The place itself is very modern but the soup is not worth the 18 dollars I payed for, especially if it only comes in one size

I really like Vietnamese food. A close friend of the family owns a great mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant in Philadelphia and this reminds me of that. The broth was rich. The brisket flavorful. I also enjoyed the Ahi salad. Will definitely be back.

The worst Pho I've had in long time.I really wanted to like it, but it was not good. The broth was super bland, almost watered down even. The beef wasn't served rare as is typical and it also was void of any flavor.Every "add-on" is a premium. They somehow managed to make a gentrified Pho menuJust no all around.

Quite disappointing. Base broth didn't taste spectacular or like anything at all. Just ordinary salty soy sauce water. Price did not reflect on the food I got.

Pretty decent pho. Broth had a lot of pepper. Interesting variety and combinations
