The baristas were so nice in helping us order our drinks! I was basic and got the Iced Pumpkin Latte and it was the best I’ve ever had (for my first time ever drinking a PSL)! Also area was super hip ??
Grabbed a sandwich in the lobby and it was okay. I have never actually had food at Peet's Coffeeand while it wasn't bad, it wasn't good either. The young man taking the orders that day didn't seem to want to be working as he was not friendly or personable in any way.
Having jet-lag I'm happy they opened at 5 AM Great service and tasty bites. A very consistent Peet's Coffee.

Peet's coffee and tea is good. I had the egg and cheddar once it was good. I also had the hot chocolate with whip cream it was good.
I’ve been going to this Peets for years (almost daily). Great service again and again (even with the occasional staff turnover). Can’t go wrong here!
My daughter and I go to the Pete's in Irvine off Culver. We usually get a Latte and scone or what ever bakery goodie that calls out name!
Wonderful space for working and studying. Very nice and kind people work here. I always ask them to serve my drinks in their cups. Just tell them it’s for here. The drinks are much better than Starbucks. The only problem is that they don’t have a restroom, so you have to leave your bags in there and go to the Tender Greens to use the restroom. When the weather is good, the outside patio is also a great place to sit and work.
If you are a coffee lover this is the right place for you!!
