No Stars!! 3/31/2022 my husband, myself, and my 2 year old all got food poisoning!!! Do not eat here!!!

New pepperoni pizza without pepperoni.
This location is understaffed and it shows, employees hate their job and it translates to the product and service. I tried carryout and delivery, I will not return even though I like the franchise.
I generously give this Pizza Shop one star and I wish I could give even less.I ordered an online pizza on July 7,2021 for my son who was at home and was waiting for his lunch while I was at work. After an hour once my son didn’t receive the food, I tried calling them and I dialed their number five times while I was at work and very busy with my classes and duty but they never picked up the phone. On the same day later in the evening I sent them an email but there was no reply at all. After three days one of the neighbors left a moldy pizza at my doorstep mentioning that they left this pizza at their doorstep!!! I again sent them an email about what happened but again I never received any reply from them. The summary of my experience with this food store is:1. losing $302. Not receiving the food3. Making seven times unanswered calls and emails4. Receiving a moldy pizza at my doorstep after three days by one of the neighbors due to their delivery guy mistakeAnd my advice to everyone is:NEVER EVER TRY PAPA JOHN’S JEFFRY ROAD IRVINE. A DISASTROUS SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE THAT I’VE EVER TRIED IN MY LIFE!!!!

As chain pizza restaurants go, this is my favorite. Good value, good food!
This was a less than average location. The food itself was as expected but they got my order wrong so that was pretty annoying. They also seemed pretty understaffed with two people working on all the orders. Additionally, there wasn't any hand sanitizer for customers to use which wasn't ideal after touching the door etc.
