Food was awesome and abundant. Ordered the sampler appetizer (forgot the name) and it had three types of hummus, fresh pita wedges, and fantastic tziki sauce. Followed with main of beef kabobs and Mediterranean salad. It was honestly a couple of meals. Ate on the covered patio as weather was perfect. Will definitely go again on my next trip to Irvine.
Panini grill is usually good but don’t go to the Irvine location. They over cooked my food. I’ve sent emails and called twice. I’ve talked to two different managers there and they just take my number and rush me off the phone saying that they will call me back and never do. Horrible customer service! They never offered a refund or to remake my order. I’ve been calling for the past 3 days.
Food is bland, Zero authenticity of Mediterranean style. Not happy with the time and money I spent in there.Firstly, the two seater tables are too small that if we order a plate it would be half the size of table.Secondly the spoon and fork they provide are heavy (standard ones for a large tables).Now to other parts,In which Mediterranean world do they serve food in such a off proportionate manner - only here.Does the food have taste - it's bland, believe me when I say this I have had a lot of Mediterranean dishes, here everything is served bland.Servers and waiters are doing a good job.There are no magic in the tea or juices - everything they have can be bought from a store and mixed with water.A lot of improvement can be done by management in- placing more staff during busy hours- researching on Mediterranean dishes and making improvements- adjusting the space, atleast change the tables
one of my favorite meals of all time. I order their chicken kebab plate through door dash from time to time and it's a gift from the heavens. They have superb quality of their food and even the containers you are given the food in is so high quality you can keep it and reuse it as plastic food storage containers and wash it again and again. honestly better quality plastic containers, it's just a bonus of getting their food but they would get 5 stars without this.
This was an exciting find. My wife found this Kabob place, which I thought was more like a fast food place....But far from it! Nice sit down restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food. I had the steak panini with the strawberry date salad, which was to die for. Definitely going back!!!
OH MY GOSH.... BEST BEEF KABOB I'VE EVER HAD!!! (So far ?)The meat was so tender and juicy and did not at all lack in flavor!!!! I had with with the ceasar salad and the bulgur wheat. I also got their iced latte which comes unsweetened so you can freely adjust the sweetness however you wish on the already provided sugar packets at each table.It was such a delicious meal, I can't wait to come back. Now I'm excited to try their other dishes. Will update this review as I go. ?
Good food and Huge Portions Went here for a business dinner. The food was all Mediterranean but very good and high quality. The portions are large and there are a lot of options including vegetarian.
I tell you. Was not expecting such a nice experience. I was surprised.We always pass by Panini, a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, not thinking much about it. Today we had a wonderful time, great food, attentive and nice service and enjoyable experience.Highly recommend to try it.We were s group of eight people. Gathering to catch up after very long time- COVID interruption- and making it for lunch, si here we were at Panini.Start with the house humus, very tasty, could not figure out the secret ingredient!! Reslly delish! We had the combo appetizer plate, three flavors of humus, regular, red (I guess with beets) and green. Every one tasted great. The Flafel was great too.For main we went family style. Very reasonable meal package, quite inexpensive, wow! With chicken kebab, lots of bbq vegetables and basmati rice. All very good, chicken nicely marinated and nicely done, juicy and tasty. We replaced one chicken skewer for beef Kobide, ground meat kebabs, we also added the lamb kebabs extra.The family style came with two salad entry. Excellent choices, plenty for all yo have.Thecrestirant has plenty indoor and outdoor space. We were there for couple of hours and really had great time and fun. Very good food at reasonable prices. The chicken kabobs are really tender and we love the avacado salad and strawberry lemonade. We wish they had later dinner hours.
This is my first time trying to use delivery from panini grill. It is the same taste, juicy beef kabob and perfectly cooked grilled chicken!! I appreciate this place so much! The delivery bag is made from recycled materials.Panini Grill is the must place in Irvine. I used to have large party gathering in this place before the pandemic and will return soon!
