This is in response to a fraudulent transaction made out of this location using Rapid Pick Up:Panera is doing a great job at helping me handle the fraudulent charges made against my Panera account. The person or persons broke into my account(changed the email, the phone number and the password), and made two separate orders that were picked up from the Irvine Blvd location. Panera offered to refund the charges and they even sent me copies of the order receipts to send to my bank, as I had to shut off my card for fraud.To the person or persons who broke into my account, I am sorry that you will not be able to make a 3rd order using my information. Fortunately I was able to reset my entire account using my Panera membership number(DUH). So unless you can break into Panera’s mainframe, you won’t be able to change that. I hope your digestive system disagreed with the tons of bagels and pizzas you ordered…not because the food was ill-prepared, but because you’re a POS.I am still a fan of Panera, and I appreciate their team helping me with this.To any customer reading this, make your you get your Panera membership number, in case these parasites go after your account as well.
The lady working on 5/4/2022 at 3:44 pm (may be owner or manager) was yelling at customers to purchase Panera products to sit down. Often or not, when students come to study, they will be inclined to purchase food willingly. However, by forcing high schoolers to pay for food they do not want is horrible customer service I have yet to encounter at any other respectable establishment. After being forced to purchase something and sitting down at one of the booths, my entire table could hear her yelling at her employees. Many of my friends wanted to work at Panera but this experience has discouraged them from applying here. This type of hostile behavior has created an unenjoyable restaurant environment. Other Paneras however, seem to have no issue. It is disappointing to see the downfall of this Panera branch but I hope it will improve soon.
Manager was extremely rude. Changed our kiosk dine in order to takeaway. When my 12 year old asked for utensils.. she shouted.. I have other customers as well…go away…Pretended to not hear me when I asked for a missing item from my order…Seems like she was having a bad day… but was a pretty bad experience for us…
Went to go pick up an order, but it was gone when I got there. No idea what happened to it, suspect someone else took it.They had to make my order again, but when they gave it to me, there was still some missing food. Bless those workers for working so hard, but man, I just wanted my food.
Worst Panera I've been to. Slow and disorganized. Go somewhere else.***update March 27th. Still bad. Several items on their menu missing major ingredients for weeks. If this franchise doesn't want to buy these ingredients just remove them from your menu.
I ordered a bagel for pick up and it was spotted to be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived, the app said it would be 20 minutes. I talked to the person at the cash register. She served the next two people in line and then started my order. First she had to ask what my order was. What is the point of ordering online, if you are sent to the back of the walk in line when you get there?Lame.
The quality and service have really slipped. The wild-rice chicken soup didn’t have wild rice in it, the teriyaki chicken bowl was meh, the baguette wasn’t warm and crunchy, and they didn’t give me any butter.But it was the only place open (the nearby sushi place and the other one are closed…. Perhaps covid related.People are in here to use the free wifi.(That’s worth at least one star)
I order from Panera everyday, but the bagels at this particular location consistently are stale. A few times I let it slide, but this is unacceptable and will report it if it happens again.Respect your customers and don't give them old stale food.
Panera bread is a wonderful place to go with your family for breakfast . Mac n cheese is one of the best. Bagels =?.
Sunday morning 10am, no coffee, no hot water. Been waiting for 15 mins, still nothing. Manager must be doing a great job!
