I’ve had Panera Bread many times via catered corporate lunches but today was my first time actually ordering from Panera Bread. Very disappointed. The mango smoothie for $6 was way smaller than it should have been, and it had a weird taste. The inside of my Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich was a disgrace. All bread no sustenance. I’m only giving 2 stars because my husband enjoyed the French onion soup. I won’t be back to this location. 0/10 recommend.
Went to do their rapid pick up for several bagels and pastries for a work function. Everything was ready on time. The cinnamon rolls were popular, as were the bagels.
The cream of chicken soup with rice is the best thing about this place! Absolutely delicious. The tomato soup is nice and creamy but the cream of chicken soup with rice is the best.
Food is ok not as good as it used to be. Didn't like the customer service, but I've been here only once I will give it another try.
I spilled my drink all over me (while looking for a napkin) so I asked an employee for the napkins and she wouldn’t give me a napkin because they were running low. Lol crazy!
I love Panera but this location has the worse customer service I've experienced, last week I went in for my free birthday pastry and the lady behind the counter seemed upset about something and was not friendly at all.
Employees aren’t welcoming or nice. They messed up 4 of my orders in one sitting and lied about what was given to me.Sandwich was made incorrectly. Cold drink placed in a paper cup instead of the large plastic cup it’s supposed to come in.They didn’t even make my drink right. When asked to remake it, they gave me HALF THE AMOUNT without any shame.Just a terrible place. Makes sense why they have a low rating. What a horribly run and unwelcoming Panera.
Just left this Panera. Not good service!! Left waiting 10 minutes for a Fruit and Yogurt Parfait because the employee helping me "didn't know how to make it". The other employees just rolled their eyes at him and left me standing there. There were 6 employees behind the counter!!! This was at 7:30 pm, not right at closing! Seriously Panera! Train your employees about customer service!!
The quality of Panera has gone down so much over the years. When they were only on the East Coast, their food and service was so much better. It doesn’t matter which one you go to in SoCal - they’re all pretty bad. Every location has rude team members. The pastries are bland and stale. The order kiosks operate like they’re from the 1990’s. I’m not sure how they stay in business?
