Pastries ok but skip breakfast omelets. No flavor, potatoes cold and after spending over $35 for bfast for 2 they still charge $1 for hot water. Lost my breakfast business.
The staff is rude.When asked for separating 8 macaroons into 2 bags,the person who was taking the order threw it on the counter to get another bag. When you are a staff there, you should know that would crack some of the macaroons, which cost 2.25 each without tax! Also after buying a drink, the staff never offered a cup, ice, or even to open it ( it was a bottled drink, which is not unsealable with bare hands). Moreover, when we were done paying, giving 15% though the service was terrible, the staff did not hand us the bag to us, and we had to reach for it (which was almost near the opposite side of the counter). And when we got the bag, we realised that the staff had not only cracked some macaroons slightly, but also had damaged the bag that had the macaroons in! I used to like this place, drive 5 miles to get here, but after this I simply cannot. I can't help but to think that the staff was treating my family like this because of my race. Please go to the other pandors.
We went here with breakfast on Mother's Day. We ordered the Bacon & Egg Sandwich, French Onion Soup and a crepe. We initally asked for the chicken and mushroom crepe and we were told they were out of chicken and mushroom. That's fine. Kind of weird that we came at opening time and you guys already ran out of chicken and mushroom. Instead we ordered the Ratatouille and Feta Crepe.We sit down and enjoy the beautiful morning. The Bacon & Egg Sandwich and French Onion soup come out. The sandwich was very tasty. The French onion soup was hot / luke warm. I didn't think much of it as it was a cold morning and it probably just cooled down quickly.We waited.... and waited... and waited... for the Ratatouille and Feta Crepe. I walked up to the counter and inquired about the crepe. They then tell me they are out of Ratatouille. Gee thanks, maybe you guys should have found us in the restaurant and let us know. I ordered the smoked salmon crepe instead. The waitress told me they will expedite the crepe. I stood at the counter waiting the lady cooking the crepes. She cooked a total of FOUR crepes before she even started cooking our crepe. The one that we were waiting for about 45 mins. I am sure these four other crepes were just placed. She took her sweet time too. No sense of urgently whatsoever.We ended up requesting a refund as we're going on close to an hour of waiting. They didn't even seem to care about their lack of service. My wife didn't get to eat breakfast. Thanks for ruining our Mother's Day breakfast.

This local bakery has some of the best pastries, sandwiches. We enjoy going several times a week just to pick up something fresh. Be sure to a backup selection of what you want, items sell out fast and there is usually a line to get in during the morning. The staff is helpful and still smile even though they are busy.
First time here and it is Sunday Brunch time. Egg White Frittata and two Eggs Benedict. All pretty well prepared and the Hollandaise was good as well. If I had to critique the portion of Potatoes was a little small and could have been warmer. $12.50 was a fair price. One complaint...... I got a side of Merguez Sausage, or perhaps I should say I got a 1 ounce patty for $3.00. It was only 2 bites. That was a disappointment. Would I go back? Sure, but stay away from extra sides.
New coffee alert! Actually, chai latte. This is my new favorite spot to stop at during my late-night bike rides. It’s about halfway through my ride, and the perfect pick me up to hammer away at the Tustin foothills. Great coffee, food, and pastries. Pandor does it right!
Pastries are great! I regularly come here for the tasty fruit tart. The crust is just perfect! I will often try something new. This last time I tried a hot chai latte and a slice of fudge cake, and both were delicious! ?
Excellent French deserts. Funky cozy place with outdoor seating though in parking but good. Friendly staff. First time i try Lavender Latte, very tasty!
