Table was dirty when they seated us. Brought wrong entree and no rice said it would be 5 minutes for rice kept waiting finally asked about since we were almost done they said 15 minutes for rice Usually good but very unhappy
food and service were great. I'd definitely recommend.
I donât recall ever having anything negative to say about P.F. Changâs, but this past visit saw a reduced menu and outside seating closed due to a maintenance issue. The food we ordered was still the quality we expect when we go to Changâs but the Duck was no longer on the menu and we were told they are removing the Sea Bass as well. In addition, it looked like the menu was considerably smaller. When itâs just the 2 of us our dishes are still available, but in a larger group like we had for this visit, too many things are missing. Not sure it will be our go-to restaurant for this group in the future.
Miss the open kitchen and more traditional Chinese menu they had before. Classics like lettuce wrap chicken is still good but fried rice was, well I donât know what that was. Service staff was slow and didnât tell us they were out of a dish we ordered until the rest of the dishes arrived, leaving us w less amount of food than we had anticipated.
Food was fresh and hot!! Excellent service from Tyler.
We understand that there was a shortage of servers in this day so it was much slower than our other visits. The servers we had were nice but we could tell there was frustration.
The food was delicious and our server Kaylee Nicole was fantastic. She knew the menu really well and made great suggestions. Very personable and friendly It was a nice evening and dining experience
I don't leave reviews very often, but this one felt required.First off, your hostess was amazing as we came right at our reservation time and almost got sated immediately. So ups to whoever worked the night of 6/4/22 as the hostess. Secondly, I wanted to make this review regarding one of your servers by the name of Tami. Tami was exceptional throughout the entirety of the evening. Not only was she an amazing server, but she did something that was beyond bold and humbling. There was a group of patrons who sat down next to us. Come to find out, this family had become dissatisfied because there was "food and dust" around the table, both to be untrue. These patrons then got mad and refused to eat on location after being offered to be put somewhere else. After refusing the staffs suggestion to move them to another table, they proceeded to get in the host/hostess face. Come to find out that the host that was affected was very young. Tami stood up for the host and asked the patrons to leave. Standing up for your staff, while providing excellent service, along with the amazing food, made our stay worth the while. Tami is an outstanding server and made our special night worth the money. Tami, if you read this, thank you! You rock! We will be back again soon and hope that Tami is still around!
W enjoyed our quick lunch date at the bar areas before catching the big box office movie Top Gun Maverick. Bartender Nic was a very personal, attentive and wonderful. Everything came out just how we ordered them specifically ?❤️
