Was there waiting for 20 minutes to get boba. Told me they ran out of my order, I said it was ok and I ordered something else. I thought they would began working on it right away since the people that ordered after me already got their drinks. When asked about it the staff was rude and defensive and said it was just the two of them. I said okay and the worker said “thankssss” in a very disrespectful manner. Understandable however one of the workers was on his phone behind her so I am not sure if it was so busy that he needed to be on his phone. I would not have been upset if they began working on my order after telling me that they ran out instead of doing orders for the people that ordered 10 minutes after me. I used to go here a lot but I’m not sure if I will return because of this incident.
Definitely some of the best boba I have had in Irvine. I love the variety of drinks and boba. Each drink is so refreshing. I haven’t tried the desserts/snacks yet but they look yummy! The staff is usually friendly despite the fact that they are always quite busy.
I USED to love this place, but now they put in too much boba I assume as a cost cutting measure. You get half a cup of boba with a few drops of tea. It’s pretty ridiculous. I’m taking my business elsewhere until they change back to what they should be doing.
This was the worst boba i've ever had. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted like coffee. The whole night I felt sick to my stomach, which has never happened with milk teas before. My friend who also ordered one felt sick all night as well.
I actually think this is one of the BEST places to get boba tea around here. And there are tons of places in Irvine. They make the boba themselves, it's always fresh and soft. The also have great variety of teas and options for none dairy milks. The only reason why it isn't a 5 stars for me, is because sometimes they can be a bit disorganized and they can also be a bit slow.
Milk tea is good, sesame boba was ok. Chrysanthemum tea ok. Worth checking out !
Boba is extremely fire. Always fresh but MANAGEMENT is horrible. Here on a Tuesday afternoon after high school kids get out and they have 1 person working. Counting a total of 21 people in the store ordering/ waiting for drinks at 2:50pm. Poorly managed store, feel extremely bad for worker doing all the drinks and register alone. He’s doing a great job but needs way more help.
Bought 2 cups of red bean milk tea here last night, I specified not to use ice, but I still got ice. I wrote that I wanted double red beans, but I got normal red beans. Because I asked for a small amount of sugar, I found that the red beans had gone bad in my mouth. And the spoiled taste is very strong! I will never go to this store again...
The boba tastes kind of gross and artificially flavored compared to other boba places, which is pretty confusing since this place’s gimmick is that they have a variety of different boba flavors/varieties for you to choose from. I’ve tried this place twice: once with strawberry boba and once with black sesame boba. I don’t plan on coming here again (esp when there are lots of other boba places around that taste much better AND for the same price)
Fake Boba and overprice. This boba shop charges $8-9 per item. The boba is tasting like full of artificial syrup mix with tape water.I suggest you to charge 4-5 per cup. It is ridiculous to order $9 boba milk tea with out boba！？
