I don't know why there are some bad reviews, but as a former New Yorker I really liked the taste of our pizza. We got veggie pizza, pastry was as thin as original NY pizzas, and they fulfilled all our special needs. I am definitely ordering from them in the future
4 stars for waiting for us to order (we walked in 4mins B4 closing). Great pizza. The pasta was another thing. Not as it should be but soggy & overcooked. Stick to the pizza ??
If you miss NYC pizza, or if you've not tried it but wanted to... This is the Real Deal!!!! Cant go wrong! Best service, best pizza in 25 mile (at least!) Radius and great prices!! Run don't walk and grab a slice!!
Came last week. The morning crew seemed rude to me. Giving you dirty looks and look like they're miserable working there. Find a different job if you hate it there. Negative experience.
First timer...not bad??. Had the gluten free crust white pizza and it was ??. She had 2 pepperoni slices and didn't think much of the sauce, since it had a lot of basil or something in it. I thought the sauce was good. Will definitely be coming back.
Pizza is good but last few times I’ve had mixed experiences. Ordered a vegetarian pizza online this time added 2 extra toppings all I got was the 2 extra toppings. Always check the pizza before you leave the restaurant.
Fantastic thin crust pizza! Nothing better. And customer service/staffare terrific.

NY Upper Crust pizza won't make you see stars, but it's a useful standby for nights when we don't want to cook. Its staff is extremely friendly and knows us as regulars. The pizza itself is reliable in quality, and quite tasty. You won't find better in Irvine.
Great New York Style pizza. Love their pepperoni pizza.
