$10 for this !!?? Where is the rest of the fruit ?? Worst Neckter experience ever!
UPDATE: the owner of this location reached out to me directly and addressed my order issues. He really went out of his way to address the problems I was having at this location and I am really satisfied with my experience now!————

Julissa and Diane were absolutely incredible with me. I was late to pick up a smoothie order and they re made it, I ended up not liking the mocha I chose so they made me a new one and it was delicious! Thank you to the friendliest staff ever!!
Hands down the WORST Nekter I’ve ever been too. Ordered a 2 day cleanse and when I went to pick up, was given 1 day. So had to go back and grab another day. Started my cleanse and luckily I’ve done them before cause my juices were numbered wrong! Seriously, no one know what the hell they are doing here. Stay away.Edit: I WAS GIVEN JUICES THAT WERE EXPIRED. I picked up my juices on 11/13/21. This is BY FAR the worst Nekter. Better off going to Jamba Juice.
Awful smoothie. I ordered a pb protein smoothie from UCI Nektar on the mobile app and arrived sooner than the estimated time and when I was given my smoothie it looked like milky water and had chunks of what looked like fruit at the bottom of the cup. I was in a hurry as I work full time and was unable to ask them if they could make me another one. I have ordered this smoothie in the past from multiple other Nektar locations and I have never had a terrible experience. The smoothie was undrinkable and I ended up having to throw it away after taking one sip. It is definitely frustrating when you are literally throwing your time and money away and now I am not sure if I ever want to go to the UCI Nektar again.
No Apple Pay, Fitbit pay, etc. Don’t go unless you have cash.
I am willing to pay a lot for the amazing quality of these bowls. However, it is almost laughable how different in amount that they give me every time.Consistency is the commodity of customer experience.

It would be great if this location would update that they were closed. Drove all the way here because they said they were open just to come and the business is closed with signs saying “reopening in september”
