I have been going to this location for quite some time now and I always enjoy the service I receive from both Vanessa and Emily. They always greet me when I enter the store and are extremely personable. This location is also my favorite because I can create my own bowl and customize it the way I choose.
I have been going to this location for the past 18 months and spending between $150 to $200 a month between a few locations. I order the same few thing every time I order. I order the usual today and it did not taste as the same as normal. Emily the manager was arguing/questioning my me about the taste, and it was like pulling teeth to have he make me a new one, 2nd one taste worse that the first one. This is the first time this has happened, this location has been thought three separate managers since I have been going! Very disappointed in the service and the attitude I got from a MANAGER! I will never spend another dime in this location, which I go almost every day!
The dragon fruit bowl was incredible!! Vanessa prepared it perfectly to my liking. I will be coming here again.

I’m very irritated with nektar rn I go to this location at least twice a week and order the same thing every single time I’m there and some dumb chick with a pony tail tells me all of a sudden tells me that I can’t order my toppings in a side bowl which I do that every single time not impressedTeach your new preppy college employeesNot to argue with regulars that happen to work in that area
4th time coming here and every time I would give them benefit of doubt that they are just having an off day. But every time I have come they were out of at least 1/2 of their ingredients or toppings for their bowls & smoothies. Also I have never seen a dirtier juice bar with stickiness and just dirt all over, from their counters, to equipment to the floors. Doesn’t seem like the place gets cleaned at all, not very sanitary for a food place.
This location has the worst customer service. The employees are always in the back talking and don’t come out to greet you for several minutes. They don’t start making your online order until you arrive which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. None of the employees have a sense of urgency
This is the second time I come in to this Nektar and every time the employees demonstrate awful customer service. The guy literally was like what do you want and had an air pod in one of his ears as I was ordering.

Really nice outside dining area, and their smoothies taste really good. If you have the money to afford it, Nectar Juice Bar is a good outing.
