The service here is not what I expected. For example, I ordered the mango green tea and asked for three toppings. I was hoping that they would allow it but then they said no. I wonder why they didn't let that when they could have profited off it. Also they usually, they would ask for the sugar level but this time, they didn't, so I got 100 percent of sugar! Last time they asked for the sugar level, but now they don't?! I went back to get it remade, but the lady who made it “rolled her eyes and said NO.” Overall this place is great but the service is terrible.
Super rude customer service! Waited for 45 mins for just 1 dessert so I came to the counter to check and one of the staff yelled at me from behind the counter "You're not allow to stand here!" Excuse me? Im paying you $11 for you to shout in my face that i can't stand in your store? Never in my life I received such unacceptable treatment. Completely ruined my Friday night. Also you have almost 10 people standing preping for 4 customers ahead of me which took you alsmot an hour?? Ridiculous!
Black sugar shaved ice or whatever it’s called sucked. So bland. Super disappointing and the bathroom was gross. It also smelled like sewer water inside entire place.
He didn’t take my $200 order because I remove my mask during my order!!! The most stupid staffs. When I wear mask you couldn’t hear it!!!It’s more looking like Kindergarten than restaurant. How can we breathing during dine-in??? I’m sure there is something else in your skulls than brain!
I do not like to write negative review for a small business but unfortunately I have never experienced this kind of rudeness and arrogant in restaurant industry before.We were there on Saturday 5th at 6pm and it was our first time here. There was only 1 table in there. I greeted her as I walked toward the cashier. She didn’t respond or greet back but gave me side eyes instead along with arrogant tone and body gesture as if we disturbed her. Never in my life experience with this type of rudeness service. So I hurry to order as I was done paying, she didn’t even say thank you and just gave me the receipt. Then she said make sure you put your plate away once done ( without saying please or thank you).I completely understand this is not a full service restaurant but I should not be treated as I was begging for free food either.As for the food, it was ok. It was nothing like in the picture on the board ?.
When Meet fresh came to California they had served the mango or strawberry ice over ice cream. Now it is only seasonal. That is the only two choices I will pick The dish can serve up to 4 at most it is very fattening . This located is tiny compare to other location. ... Irvine so many ASIAN PLAZA.
Meet Fresh? More like Meet Rude Staff and Nasty Bathrooms.My family and I visited this establishment since we were craving some delicious Taiwanese desserts. This wasn’t my first rodeo with Meet Fresh, I had liked the desserts I tried before and I was actually quite excited to bring my family here.We ordered a “Double Taro Signature” as well as a “Pudding & Q Mochi Shaved Ice” when I received the order we were given three spoons, I kindly asked for 1 more.With an exasperated sigh and an annoyed tone, the staff member said “look there’s a total of three spoons” I was caught a back by his response but shook it off and explained that we were sharing with someone else so there were 4 of us in total. He begrudgingly gave me a plastic spoon, and quickly went off to doing other business. Keep in mind that the time we came in was not busy there was barely 10 people making orders so it wasn’t like I was asking for anything crazy like a modification to the desserts. Despite all this we still enjoyed ourselves and made the best of the moment. But I mean really, why would you try to fight someone down for a spoon??I think the straw that broke the camels back for me was when I was ready to return the trays and use the bathroom, I was caught completely off guard by how disgusting the bathrooms were. The state the bathroom was in made me feel sick to my stomach and had me questioning if the kitchen that these workers prepared these dishes in were just as nasty. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t seen some soap and a scrubbing brush since the opening of the establishment. Crusty sinks, and musty walls, toppled over plungers with what looked like dried up poop on it. DISGUSTING. I was APPALLED.After this experience, I don’t think that I will ever come back.
Cold hearted staff!!! I am a desperate mother who called to place order because I have a sick child at home and my husband couldn’t handle it alone much longer! I just need to buy one hot red bean soup for my sick kid who was craving for it. But the staff won’t take my order because of holiday seasons!!!! I begged her and she still don’t care!!!! The line was super long and super cold outside! They made people wait and suffer! I really think the are more about making money than being a good caring human beings!! Not going to go there again and never gonna beg them again!!!!
There's a funny smell in this location. I can't tell what it is, like perhaps a strong smelling fruit? The drinks are fine though. My wife likes the desserts, which are unique.
I ordered matcha shaved ice today and I would say it was much less than the dine-in one. I do not like to write reviews but I have to write one for today’s order! There is no pudding in my matcha shaved ice!!! The pudding values $1 and it was missing. I just don’t understand, the price of matcha shaved ice is $12.50, but it is in shrunk size and there is one item missing. I am so disappointed today. Also, they never read the notes for online order such as no boba.
