The fries are the best!
This is just disgusting. I got a quarter pounder cheese but when I got home and I took a small bite out of my burger. I noticed a plastic wrap stuck between the beef patty? this location is just DISGUSTING. I know overall McDonald is not a really good option to consider. But having to experience something like this it’s outrageous. I don’t know who made that burger ready for me was thinking in his/her head. That person is horrible to think that this burger is ready for a customer and obviously it’s not ready at all! I was almost about to take another bite by accident. I’m glad I noticed it right after my first bite. This location is just pure GARBAGE!! I’m for sure going to complain and get this to someone higher than a manager. I can get food poisoning from this disgusting burger. I’m really disappointed and I will never return back to McDonald’s. This was my last time trying this location and McDonald’s. I DO NOT recommend anyone try anything from this location.
A solid place for McDonald's. If you are in a hurry though I wouldn't go to this place since it does take a bit to get your food. Besides that if you are willing to wait then this is one of the better McDonald's in the area.
The guy taking the order spoke in a mumble. I thought it’s okay he must be tired. But then I pull up to the second window after paying and he had all the energy to be talking to his buddies about he wanted to be shift manager. I have to listen to these three young men chatting away until one of their older colleagues comes and asks me to wait in the parking spot. That’s fine at least the food was fresh but there was no professionalism amongst those three young men.
as per mcdonalds if its fresh its good if its been sitting a bit its terrible cold french fries and that sucks because they usually have great fries
Why are the employees so dumb at this location? I know reading comprehension can be tough, but they literally put a picture of the items in the POS terminal.
Customer service at night sucks! They don't care about you! They have people eating fries right off the fry tray before it's even served to customers! Seriously?! Morning manager is the best! She's nice and really does care for her customers! She gets 5 stars!
Sometimes it takes a long time to place an order and items missing from the order. Generally friendly and courteous staff.
I ordered three medium chocolate milkshakes and one small strawberry milkshake from drive-true Drive. The first problem was that the person taking the order did not pay attention to my order at all and I had to repeat my order three times. After paying for the order, I went to the pick-up section and they told me to go ahead and wait in a corner to get your order, while the restaurant was not busy at all. After ten minutes, a lady delivered my order and left. I saw that she made all of my shakes for small by mistake. I went inside the restaurant, I said this is not my order. I had three medium milkshakes and one small milkshake. The gentleman who worked there, violently and rudely, threw the chocolate milkshakes in the trash one by one and left! No apology! What a rude treatment of the customer ?! I preferred to be polite and silent. I got back in my car and waited again. After 5 minutes, the same lady came. She delivered my order and said; here you go! And went !!! No apology. While the strawberry milkshake was ready 15 minutes ago and the cream had melted by the time I received the order. I always buy from this store, but this time the attitude of the employees and taking orders and delivering them was awful, awful !!!
Clearly if you can read you can see this is wrong. Ordered thru door dash, missing the fries. Complete mess of an establishment
