I was pretty sad because they no longer have the lamb kabob plate but everything else Fresh and delicious as always.
Usually love Luna Grill, but find myself disappointed with this location. Ordered a gyro pita meal through Uber eats. When it arrived, the meat portion was pitiful, it had spicy tzatziki instead of the spicy feta I paid extra for, and the fries were soggy. Regarding the meat portion, I did take off the tomatoes and cucumber, and I understand it wouldn’t be entirely fair to expect more meat just because I removed a vegetable. However, the meat portion still seemed skimpy, I haven’t had this issue with other Luna Grills, and there is no option to pay an additional fee for extra meat. The bottom line is paying $15 for a pita that is mostly pita and a sauce I didn’t even ask for is disappointing. As for the fries, I understand this is part of ordering delivery as opposed to eating in store. Fries just don’t keep. That said, the order didn’t take long, the fries were still hot, and I haven’t really had this soggy fries issue with other deliveries before so I feel it’s not an unreasonable expectation. Overall, I may just be lagging behind the inflation, but this didn’t feel like a $15 meal. I’ll just go back to the Daphne’s down the street next time I’m in the area craving Greek.
This place sucks…the service was horrible and when I complained that my food didn’t come after 30 min the proceeded to tell me to get out and that I didn’t order ever. BIG THUMBS DOWN??
We got take out for dinner and all of the food was well made and delicious. Right now it's take out only and no dine in at all even the outside tables were out.
Waited in line 5 minutes for employee Jose to take my order. Jose saw me standing and made eye contact and continued to ignored me. I finally asked to be helped by another employee and Jose comes back and says he will take my order. I kindly said” dude, you saw me standing there waiting” he claimed rudely he was taking orders ( invisible orders? he was literally just standing there ) poor customer service and lack of empathy from his part. He could of just said “sorry for the wait“ that would of been acceptable.Hopefully management does better in there customer service representation.
Jennifer is a real live super hero!!! She took great care of me after I had a snafu(self inflicted) with my order!! I cannot stress enough how much she turned my day around!!! If you are looking for healthy options and great customer service Luna Grill #MarketPlace is your place!!!
It was ok. It was not good nor was it bad. It was enough to fill my belly. I wish they had the garlic sauce. The meat was a little unseasoned compared to the other Mediterranean places I normally go to. I forgot to take any pictures.
Ordered the beef koobideh and chicken plate. Both meats were flavorful and juicy.
Food is always great, and kids friendly for the little ones. The family loves the Gyro combo, with any kabob. The tsuziki sauce is gravy for me every time we go. You can't go wrong with any of the meats. I tried the fries and they are perfectly crunchy for me.
Luna grill always hits the spot!
