i mean i personally don’t even like Boba tea at all, but some friends got me to go and i had a terrible time. had to wait 20ish minutes for all of our chicken and fries. terrible drink even for Boba. and i needed to go to the restroom so i went and as i was sitting down someone walked in even tho i twisted the doorknob lock… little did i know that the doorknob lock was broken, no sign posted or anything. and the deadbolt to actually lock the door is below the handle in a place where you can barely see… 1/10 would not recommend to anyone.

When I crave boba, this is the place I go to, and it's just as good today as it was years ago. Their mango milk tea makes me sad when other places don't have it available. The popcorn chicken is always fantastic. The team is friendly, and the service of drinks is especially quick.On top of that, there's super cute places to sit right outside, water and ducks. And it's right next to a fantastic bakery.Highly recommend, even though the parking lot can be rough (I just drive to the back as if going to the offices when it's busy).
No longer a fave. The quality has significantly gone down after 7 years. It's the only one left in Irvine, but the quality used to be much better. Won't be returning the next time I return to the area. :(
Thai tea was not good had a weird taste to it.. my first time going so maybe need to try something else
I come here with my daughter after her music lessons, she gets her regular black tea milk with boba, and I usually get blended taro milk tea with boba. Both are good; there is a comfortable inside and outside patio area to sit down and relax for a few moments.
This is the 2nd time I came during the posted online hours and it was closed. Can't say if their products are good cause I've never been inside. Went around the corner to Bambu which was open and got some drinks and snacks.
We found out that the staff members are so friendly plus nice ambiance and it was good sitting by the window watching traffic goes by. So relaxing.
Awesome! Have not been here for awhile but these employee favorites are fantastic! We had a coffee frappe with boba which was smooth and still not too strong. I'll order that one again. And again.
