I recently dined at the Little Sister in El Segundo, and had an amazing experience, probably one of my top 5 meals of all time. Obviously I was super excited to visit the location in Irvine, since it is 5 minutes from my house. I'm sad to say that this location missed the mark a little. The Shaky Shaky beef was not nearly as tender and melt in your mouth as the 1st experience in El Segundo, and the Service was just lack luster. I know that the restaurant industry is struggling to find good people, but come on. I really hyped this place up to my friends, and was little let down. The food just seemed a little off the mark, still good, but not what I previously experienced. Kinda bummed. Was hoping to make this place a weekly spot, but now I'm second guessing...
