Good taste ,soft texture of cake

Probably the worst "cake" I have ever tried. Tasted like egg. We bought 4 slices almost $40 and threw the whole thing to trash.Probably just famous for RHBH, but I would never try again.

I've had these crepe cakes a bunch of times in the past from friends who would bring it to me in San Diego. But this was my first time on site to pick up an on line order. The website was very easy to order. They all come in 9 inch except for green tea and signature crepe flavors also come in 6 inch. They range from $80-$108. Deep for the pocket but totally worth it. You get what you pay for especially if you see the effort that goes into making these cakes. I've ordered crepe cakes from other bakeries who were cheaper but it's not the same. Lady M has more crepe layers. You must order at least two days in advanced. The calendar will gray out dates for you. I placed an order on Thursday and the next available was Sunday. It's ready for pick up when they open and can be picked up anytime before closing. When we got there, there was a line out side, allowing three parties at a time inside due to COVID. There are indoor dining tables that you can dine in. Also a table outside. We had three people ahead of us and like ten behind us. But then we saw a sign that said pick up to the left so we walked in straight to the counter and was able to get our order. We got the 9 inch green tea and barely left a dent..lol. In the past it was still good a day later but as each day passes, it's not as fluffy and gets deflated. The crepe loses its bounce and becomes a bit of rubbery but still good. You can also order by slice but will need to stand in that long line.Irvine location is the closest to me for San Diego but don't worry a location will soon open up at UTC.

Will NEVER buy again from this place. Spent $300 0n cakes and asked them to cut them and they said they can't. They gave me some excuse that they make more money buy the slices as I am watching them cut another cake. They refused to cut our cakes because they prefer you to buy the slice only. The worst service for such HIGH prices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Prices for a single piece are high. The taste is amazing and worth a try. I don't like American cakes and this is pretty close to a delicious German cake. Especially the strawberry shortcake one ?

Bad costumer service from Cinthia! The Cakes are good, not really waooo because with one slice stomach hurts, but I come here because usually I buy my cakes from Portos Bakery, but because it’s little far from my house! I come to This place!I totally Recommend Portos Bakery, it’s delicious, better price and won’t hurt your stomach, costumer service very professional, owners are not ambitious like the owners of Lady M cake that with one cake wants to make money ??‍♀️

The pastries taste good, I tried their signature and pistachio they were decent. I deducted two start for following reasons:1. The prices are extremely high for pastries and coffee. There should be a reasonable ratio between the quality and price of an item.2. Service could have been better3. With this price tag they could use more environmental friendly materials for their box and cups.Overall it was a good experience for the first time, but may not be returning in regular bases.

The best bakery in Irvine. It’s so popular that sometime they are sold out before closing hours. So plan your visit accordingly. If you didn’t try it yet, just do it.

Intended to buy a whole cake from this store. However, I was abruptly confronted by a rude employee telling me I can’t be in here without wearing a face mask. For better words, asked me to leave immediately. I have no issue with wearing a face mask, just don’t treat me like I’m committing a crime when 99% stores do not require face to be covered in Orange County.

Missed placing a slice of cake in my box, yet overcharged me for the missing piece. I’ve only realized when I got home. I used to have Lady M back in NYC when they had their first store. Back then the little counter in the Plaza, good cakes, but snobbish staffs. Over the years they’ve grown, yet the store policies, staff quality, are as disappointed as when it first started..
