Lazy employees. I am food delivery driver, went there 8:45pm and the place with the doors closed. They suppose to be open until 10pm for the public.
Im a huge fan of KFC in past 40 years. Got food few times at this location since I moved to this neighborhood.My wife picked up a family pack last night. She said young employees were happy at kfc and laughing with their coworkers when she was waiting at drive through.Always glad to see happy people.Unfortunately food wasn't prepared well.Chicken and biscuits were not fully cooked and slightly raw inside.Also too many hot sauce packed inside. I counted and there was 33 of them. There was no honey or butter for the biscuits.Mgmt please fix it.I hate to see this location close down like the other one on Culver drive.
Neat place. Their bucket for one is very good.
It’s a drive through only restaurant, which means even though I ordered ahead, I’m stuck behind everyone else who didn’t. The drive-thru wasn’t designed for a truck, large SUV or even a full size car which is especially fun because the parking lot lighting sucks (its like driving the autotopia blindfolded with a real car… rim-rash!)At least they got the order right, so there’s that. Since I’m between two KFCs, I’ll be choosing the “normal” one next time on my biannual KFC craving.
Had a chicken sandwich combo, good and the price was better than most others. The workers though, bumping music and playin around, Its a work place, be more professional.
Worse service in the world. I craved chicken so I went to this location on Jeffrey. I ordered 4 piece chicken with mashed potatoes, biscuits and fries. I didn’t get Chicken but chicken nuggets, no biscuits and instead of mashed potatoes, I got Mac n cheese. The lady who took my order kept saying anything else? Her voice was very unenthusiastic, and when I came around to pay drive thru-I kept hearing the “f” word when she spoke to her colleagues. I got a large Pepsi but she recorded medium. I know she heard me right because she asked if I wanted original or crispy. I couldn’t wait to get my food n go. If they only got one thing right which was the chicken I wouldn’t have reported this. I should have checked my order. Customer service needs some attention!
They have a sign posted saying they don't have enough people, which I can feel for, but then just close until you do have enough people. Had to wait a million years only to be told they were out of everything I ordered. I literally gave up and drove away empty-handed without having the poor kid refund my $7 because I knew I'd be there all night, as would everyone behind me. Just avoid.
New KFC off Jeffrey. Food was good and drive through didn't take that long even though they were a bit under staffed.
I've never got a drink with three quarters of ice before this visit.
It has been a long time since we had KFC. The $20.00 family fill up meal has increased in price to $25.00. The service was good, but we did not taste the 11 herbs and spices in the chicken.
